Ulasan East Riverine Boutique Hotel

The surrounding is good close to everything almost. But it's super noisy. The picture of the hotel building on trip is fake. The real building is old, the room is full of dust and small white insects, when I checked in the bathroom was wet, there is some Cockroachs coming out from the toilet from time to time to welcome you lol

I haven't got chance to explore the neighborhood due to rain. Location is good, nearest monorail station is Chow Kit and you can walk about 10-15 minutes depends of your peace. Hotel near 11/7 and also MyDin, prefer go to MyDin to buy water and bread or instant noodles cos it's cheaper! Just don't buy instant/cold food at 11/7 disappointed. Hotel provide meal from SugarBun restaurant if your room included breakfast. I like their burgers and fries! Room was spacious, bed and pillow is comfy. Lift is small and you need to take stairs to the lift. Only the TV was the problem. It was working but the screen is broken!

Comfortable hotel, good service, and clean The first floor annex has an excellent rest area. I love it. Hotel location near to mrt and kl bus transportation stations (around 3 minutes walking). Sunway Putra Mall and SOGO Mall are also near (10-15 minutes walking). Thank you

dont waist your money's in here you will be shocked about the service and staff restaurant there and breing your towels with you much better coz you will have only one shared with your wife the breakfast was expensive then how much money they ask and you have to choose it when you check in, the chef there (girl) with long nails and acting so ugly with customers with full racism with foreigners

Very very bad hotel , lost gold necklace and ring my friend. We ask them do clean room we trust leave our thing at room , they take our things loss 😏 , we keep inside luggage also they cleaning staff take frm our luggage 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ when we check out time we tell them , staff say they don’t know 🤦🏻♀️ very good answer for customer 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ dont trust this hotel and staff all no safety for our gold things all 😏 very very bad hotel .

Room is Spacious and Clean Love the common area for the hotel guest to utilise.

Very good facilities n nice....so near to go shopping at area jalan TAR. Next time I will repeat to stay here again

No water supply fr check in to next day after check out. Was only given 10small bottles of water. Refund rejected. Worst service and attitude ever. Please don’t stay in this hotel especially higher floor. When u ask the front desk they would say they already given u water. I think they expect us to shower using mineral water.

I was there for the whole week. The staff is super nice. The place is right in the chow kit road. About less than 10 min walk from the monorel station. It's easy to get food there. The hotel is nice and clean. Would definitely repeat there

Before I impressed with this hotel even need to pay deposit but after few times been in this hotel felt nothing special..service not like previous..just average..

1) Location : Near Chow Kit monorail (around 5-7 min walk) Near Hari Hari & 7E 2) Service & Cleanliness : Awesome 👍🏻😎 Make up your room when you put on "make up mode" Receptionist kind and helpful😎 WiFi very good. TV (moderate signal 🤣) 3) Amenities : Hotel lounge so impressive 😎 Room is well equipment P/s: If u like to hang your clothes please bring extra hanger cuz they only provide 2 hangers Ironing room at 2nd floor Lift have mirror for you to take mirror selfie

Perfection, cheap for 4 star

Nice hotel but not provided parking. We used the nearest public parking and one night we paid rm26. Breakfast provided not like in schedule( schedule starting 7.30). Around 8.30am we can enter the restaurant But on the 1st floor there is a nice view to take pictures.
