The location is lovely and quieter than the old quarter area. The hotel is wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Witnessed sewage smell as mentioned by another guest upon entering the 1st room being assigned. The 2nd room given was without odour. Management shall resolve this issue forthwith as it is bordering many guests. Overall an excellent stay with well appointed layout and very comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Breakfast spread was excellent and staff at reception, restaurant and concierge were courteous. Events on 3/F can be very noisy and disturbing and it can be heard in the lobby and restaurant.

Very nice hotel with friendly staffs.
Breakfast is amazing.
Location is also good, only 15mins to the old quarter by car.
Sky bar and swimming pool at the rooftop must be visited

Excellent service, 5/5 for their polite and friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check-out experience. Very accommodating. I was stuck in traffic coming back to the hotel so I wasn't able to check-out before 12noon but they were very understanding and told me not to worry about it, and I wouldn't be charge a late check out fee.
The room was a bit dim for my liking but it was spacious, clean and comfortable. View was not so great because there was construction in front but I didn't notice any noise from the outside.

Really beautiful hotel. Room decoration is modern with small touch of Asian feel. Staffs are super friendly throughout check in, out borrowing umbrella, and check out. Close to many historic place in Hanoi. Will definitely come again when return to Dang Da district.

Nice hotel, close to old quarter for a little peace and quiet. I like the service provided from doormen to check in staff to housekeeping, they are really professional.

whereas this hotel is located in a little bit of far from central city, this facility is so great and the looftop bar in the hotel is good for location.

1. The shower was sooooo weak, very disappointing for such new hotel
3. There is a short hair “looks like manger” lady at the front desk , would not say hi to customer , let alone any smile

The hotel's ambience and room cleanliness is excellent. The service quality of the staff truly exceeds expectations. The attention to detail and attentiveness to guest's needs is some of the best experience I ever have in my travels all over the world. The breakfast buffet is really delicious. Although the location of the hotel is in the vicinity is in an area with not much place to eat, but it is not far from the center of tourist activities. It is an oasis of comfort away from all the noise. Definitely worth returning to and highly recommended for visitors on business trips and leisure alike.
