Good, friendly service during check out from Ms Megan Chen. Wonderful stay here with large rooms, complimentary drinks in the mini fridge and lovely views. Awesome location, close to 3 malls with wonderful eateries, massage (clean and decent ones), grocery marts and local street food just around the corner.

Good location close to Metro. Near hotel is a mall and convenience stores. We have going to check in 38 floor, good service the staff very friendly. The room clean. Nice view and delicious breakfast. Very good experience in Shanghai 😍 thank you

Location is so good, there is a train station right downstairs, breakfast is delicious, room is absolutely clean, service is top tier. The laundry room was really useful too. Manner Coffee and Muji is right next door too. Will stay here again when I return.

Great location and a fantastic view of the city. Front desk is very warm and friendly. Ms Fossette Zou is really nice and helpful. Will come stay again.

The room was spacious with a very nice view. The hotel staff was friendly. Allocated a beautiful room for us. My flight was delayed, I got to put on for one more night last min. The breakfast was good too, big variety of selection from western to oriental food. Overall experience is good, I will stay here here again when I come to Shanghai

Excellent location with jus mrt below. Ample of shopping n restaurant n food around the hotel. Very excellent service provided by hotel staff, especially Nico Li & Kelly hou, both are very patient n helpful. Thank you for the great stay!!!
