Best location you can find in Old Quarter area- walking distance to the famous Banh Mi 25 and all other places. The host was very helpful and kept our rooms tidy at all times! No lifts- but didnt mind the work out! You can also book tours to Ha Long Bay!

The hotel is clean and worth the price. The location is near a bus stop and very convenient and safe.

We had a great experience in the Elpis hotel. Very good location in old city and close to the main road so it was comfortable to get a taxi. Very good price for the room. Also at the hotel it was possible to buy bus tickets to other cities. The hotel owner was always in touch.

The hotel is overall nice for short staying, but at the time when we stayed there, there were some problems with the hot water and the water heating system was making loud noises at night due to a breakdown. The stuff was friendly and helped us to book the bus to our next destination

I’d plan to stay in this hotel for two nights but I can’t get back to hanoi, so they switched me to another nicer rom. Room was clean, nice location, friendly staff and good service and amenities. I recommend to others guests

This hotel has no lift, so if you have heavy luggage, you may have trouble to carry them to the fifth floor. 😅

Location is good, nearby food and beer street. Easy to go to everywhere. The owner have a service mind

The location is convenient because its near the main road so you can go in out easily unlike if you stayed inside Old Quarter when sometimes the roads are closed and the last thing you want is to be picked/dropped by taxi/grab far away. Our room is clean and quite huge for 3 people. We have plenty of space but they don’t have an elevator so you should consider that. The lady in charge is very sweet with her little furbaby. She was helpful when we asked a few small things. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we didn’t encounter any problem. Would consider booking again for the same price point.

The location is excellent, quiet and close to everything. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom in some rooms. There is no lift so be aware if you have heavy luggages. The manager is very helpful and friendly. You can book tours in this hotel. She helped us organise our tour and provided help to resolve problems during the tour. For the money I paid, it is excellent value.

For the money that you pay is super affordable. It's in the tje city center and the whole neighborhood is crowded with tourists and street bars.
