It was one problem. I was unable to use the first night due to unforeseen weather conditions. Specifically, the sea ferry service was canceled because of high waves, preventing me from reaching the hotel. I requested a refund for the unused night due to the circumstances beyond my control. Unfortunately, it was rejected. I think this is not a very good practice considering that the hotel may have limited access.
Honestly, the island is so beautiful that I want to come back. And it's the only one hotel at this beach. The staying was good.
I'm confused.

Great location for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful snorkeling spots are just a few minutes away.

Main Building Japanese-Style With Bath, Ocean View
Amazing beach, snorkelling and views but the hotel is pretty awful. Whilst it was reasonably clean and the staff were really friendly, it hasn’t been updated in 20/30 years so the decor is out dated, some furniture is broken, cushions on the hallway seats are ripped open, rooms are all smoking rooms so they retain the smoke smell, the bathroom is moldy, the sheets and bed had stains on them, and the hallways make it look like you are staying in a prison. The room rate includes breakfast and dinner which were passable. Rental of beach towels, snorkelling kit etc were extras. If you are able to treat this hotel as just a bed for the night, it is worth coming for the views, the beach and the stars on a clear night, but if you want anything more than 1/2 star standard, this is not the place for you.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff, clean but simple rooms. Food also good. Payed snorkeling tour possible from the hotel in beautiful bay. Not so crowded as Aharen. Free shuttle round-trip to Port and Aharen beach. Great for family vacation!

We stayed here for 3 days and we loved it. The view was incredible! We are vegans (for the animals) and they accommodated us with delicious home cooking. We are very grateful for that. Thank you They had shuttles everyday going to the aharan beach as well. Thank you for making our trip to tokashiki a memorable one <3

The beach is truly paradise and the staffs were so kind and very welcoming. Do not expect luxurious 5 star hotel amenities though. This is more of a lodge kind of accommodation but it is very nice and the breakfast and dinner buffet was also great. My kids loved it. Lunch set had a really big serving and was also delectable. You just have to remember their opening hours if you’re not going out anywhere else. Would highly recommend this place especially for families. Excellent place and service!
