Sunline Hotel

This is a very nice hotel in the middle of a bustling area in downtown Hanoi. The puppet theatre is very close and highly recommended. The buffet selection is not that great but it’s fine. The room was clean and very comfortable. The good thing about this hotel is the location which is very close to all the tourist attractions as well as state, night market and a bad street. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 

The service is good and the staff in the hotel are polite and friendly. The breakfast is good and fresh. Will try to book again if going to hanoi again.

食事や買い物などとても立地は良いのですが、道が狭いのと週末だったためタクシーが入れないのが少し不便でした。 大通りから入った所なので比較的静かですが(これは個人的な問題ですが)、夜中にエレベーター前で同じ階に宿泊している人たちが大声で話しているのはかなり不快でした。 お部屋は清潔でバスローブやスリッパ、アメニティも全て揃ってあるのでよかったです。シャワー室の扉に少しの隙間がありそこからの水漏れが気になりました。シャンプー類は私には合わず髪の毛がひどいことになりました。ベッドやマクラは一人では十分すぎるぐらい広く快適でした。 残念だったのはチェックアウトのスタッフ。「Checkout please. 」と言っているにもかかわらず、カードキーを受け取っても何も言わず、しばらく待たされたのでこちらから終わりか聞くと「finish」だけ。他が良かっただけに最後のこの一瞬で気分が悪くなりました。

酒店位於老街裏面，週末人多，汽車開不進去，衹能在外圍寬一點的馬路下車，步行到酒店（可以聯繫酒店出來接）。酒店附近很熱鬧，房間屬於老街里正常大小（當然，越靠近中心越小吧），但是挺乾淨的。床品也還可以。周邊熱鬧，但不覺得吵。前台服務也很好，當天上班的是王明和明穗（？音譯），明穗會一點中文，禮賓小弟弟也很好，一直有微笑。以後有機會再去河內，應該還會選擇這裏吧～

Nice and clean hotel at good location in the centre of Old Quarter and walking distance to the lake. The breakfast need to improve though.

I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. There's much to like about this hotel, starting with the hospitality and service supervised by a manager named Long. The location is ideal - a minute walk from the lake and in the old quarters which they shut down in the evenings (at least on the weekends). The carnival atmosphere is festive enough yet not too loud or crazy that you wouldn't thoroughly enjoy yourself. I really liked the spacious rooms, which were tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast was outstanding, with a few new dishes every morning, so longer-term travelers wouldn't get bored. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and it was a great way to start the day. The hotel's staff was attentive and always willing to help with any requests or recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another fantastic experience.

The hotel is really near to the main attraction hoan kiem lake. If you would love to eat vietnamese local food, plenty of good food around that area & you will love it for sure and lots of good cafe too. Do not miss the local coffee , the strong taste of local coffee that I’ve ever tasted. Surely will come back again :)
