Fasilitas hotel secara umum dapat diterima, dan sanitasinya terjaga dengan baik. Sikap pelayanan petugas front desk dari check-in sampai check-out sangat baik. Saya merasa bukan pelayanan hotel dengan harga segini.

Everything ok, except..when i go this hotel, i see google map. I can't find the adress. And i say to staff at my hotel to help me. He write the adress, saw the map its separatly like to the hotel. We go by bus from old quarter, at arrive at the bus station 22.30 pm. We walk as a street show. And actually its wrong. We stop in front office and the bus driver help us to call taxi. And its 30 mnt from our place. We are so afraid coz its so night n' no body's. I think the owner must be do something note to people about the adress. The staff, only 1 for service. N' the breakfast not like i want. Its just 5 mnt from airport.

Tanggapan dari Properti: Perhaps there was a mistake here when you searched for the hotel's location, we have support to pick you up from Noi Bai airport to the hotel but you were staying at a place 30km away from the hotel, so we can only give you directions. The next day we gave you a free ride to the airport but you didn't record this, we were very sad because you didn't mention it. But it's okay, we can meet again and understand each other better to support each other.

Location is very close to the airport. This hotel is very quite And staff is very nice and kind. Free transportation is also provided I will stay here again if I come to Hanoi

If you are looking for a budget-friendly but good quality hotel, I recommend this hotel. It goes with free breakfast and airport transfer. I forgot If I have availed the service but I got a free one. Staff are super nice too.

Good location for if u have an early flight. Bed was fine, room was nice.

A good place to crash if you have an early flight and save on travelling time to the airport. Breakfast provided but the spread is not large, understandably for the price of stay. Breakfast is at the highest floor with a good view of the surroundings though.

We absolutely loved the glimpse of the local village life with the rise of the sun, and in such a short proximity from the airport. We loved the beautiful views from our room on the red roofs n green rice fields; we eejoyed superb breakfast , both local n western cuisine; the restaurant itself is very atmospheric , and it has a command 360° panoramic green view on the surroundings. We appreciate it's hospitality and willingness to go an extra mile for us by offering to do our supermarket ride to buy missing clothes by the morning. 💖💖💖 And yes, we loved the hard `tatami` bed - these are very eco friendly and good for health 🥰
