I stayed there two nights. The reception and breakfast staff speak absolutely no English. I had to use GoogleTranslate to communicate with them. They gave me a room with two twin beds even though I was alone. The receptionist came running, out of breath, to my room to offer me another one with a king size bed. I think they realized their mistake. The room was dirty and the pipes full of limescale. I reported it to the housekeeper who confirmed with me the deplorable state of the room. Then work throughout the hotel was underway. No one warned me at check-in. Impossible to take a nap or sleep in because of the noise of the machines and the banging of hammers on the walls. At the beginning of the afternoon, the cleaning staff were mopping the floors: no warning of the danger of slipping on the tiles. I was wearing the room slippers when I came down to go to the pool. I slipped on the wet tiles, and the employees couldn't think of anything better than to laugh and look at me without offering to help. They then continued to laugh, telling me “be careful, be careful!”. I am outraged. At the swimming pool, the lifeguard took a photo of me without my knowledge. When he saw that I had surprised him, he quickly put his phone under his thigh. Humiliating. Finally, at check-in no information regarding breakfast was given to me. I had to ask the housekeeper. First breakfast I was served two eggs, three toasts and two pieces of fruit. That's all. No juice, no condiments, no sweet offerings. I left hungry. Second breakfast was a buffet. I didn't understand the difference between the two mornings which seemed surreal for a 4 star hotel. For someone who works in hotel management, believe me, I am very disappointed with the quality of this four star. Neither the staff, nor the infrastructure, nor the room is up to par. I will never come back here, that's for sure.
