The apartments in the picture do not correspond to reality. We had to climb to the 5th floor on foot along a narrow staircase. The room looks very tired. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street from the room. There are huge problems with hot water - you have to wait 10-15 minutes for it to finally run 🙃 but it can remain barely warm :) There is no hood in the toilet... all the moisture from the shower goes into the room. The staff is very diligent, trying their best to resolve all problems. Help with luggage up to the floor, good daily cleaning. But they don't have disposable slippers - in the room there are ordinary plastic slippers that look like they're already a couple of years old. Breakfast is good. Good selection of buffet. But it’s from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 9 there’s practically nothing 🥲 Juices are heavily diluted with water

Easily accessible, strategically located near old quarter. Staff are incredibly helpful and kind.

Lovely stay, I was free upgraded to better room with balcony because when I arrived they still available. The location is in the old town center which everything nearby, staffs were extremely helpful, courteous and welcoming, they show us some local tips for buying things, especially Lukas the one who made us through all issues and even guide us the whole information and offered tours minimize saving budget. You're strong team and We owed you a memorable staying that couldn't be more better without meeting you guys.

I had booked a suite in this hotel thanks to an upgrade, unfortunately the reality was very sad. the condition of the room was unsanitary, photos as proof. I asked to change rooms, I got a similar room but in better condition. Unfortunately if I don't come forward, I'm staying in a pitiful room and yet the room has been checked. I have the impression when we go through central reservations, we are allocated the least maintained rooms. Really disappointing, advice: check the status of your rental before acceptance.

Location in old town of Ha Noi is very good. You can do the most sightseeing on foot and streetfood at every corner/street. In the evening is quite,so you can rest wel. Room very clean and neat. Frontdesk is very helpfull and nice. If needed they can arrange everything for you.

We had a family room. It was perfect for us and one of the best we've stayed in in Vietnam! The air con system looked new and worked very well. Staff in the hotel were superb, as is the location. We would stay again. Be aware there's no lift, only stairs.

Clean and comfortable hotel that is very well located in Hanoi's old quarter. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is really good with loads of variety. Spa experience was great, the massage was a fantastic way to unwind after a very long flight, masseuse was highly skilled and prices in the spa are very affordable.

Me and wife stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect hotel for our requirements. It is smack bang in the heart of the Old quarter and provides a welcome relief to all of the craziness which is the streets of hanoi. David was the manager on duty while we stayed at the hotel and he was outstanding. David ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible and him and his team were always super attentive. The hotel is clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We chose La Palm Premier due to its excellent location close to the lake and in the old quarter of the city. It turned out to be a good choice. The hotel has excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Some of them can speak English well while others are passable. We got upgraded to 'junior suites' for our 5 night stay. It's important to look closely at the rooms as all the rooms are different. One tip is that the 504, 604, 704 are the best. The hotel is clean and so are the rooms. Beds are comfortable and there is no street noise. The hotel helped us to plan and book excursions to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh and helped us by recommending restaurants and money changers. Any request was met with a smile. Breakfast is fairly good with enough Western and Vietnamese options. Other than that there is no food service. However with the many restaurants around that is really not a problem. Overall a very good experience.
