Ulasan Grand Hotel Bonanno

The bald manager was very rude. He said 'be quiet' to me. It was such a shock.

we check in to the hotel on a rainy day. trying to ask hotel for borrowing umbrella but staff just simply tell you there’s no umbrella and not attempt to help you find one. hotel located about 15mins walk to the sightseeing spot. very quite and scary path at night.  price is attractive and not to expect much on the clearness.

We booked a family room, which actually are two rooms connected. Very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is good too.

Being a first time business traveller to Italy and Pisa ,it was a wonderful journey , the hotel receptionist can speak English , hence is easy for us to communicate with them . Pros : - Is a strategic location during the stay in Pisa , 15 min walk to leaning tower of Pisa . -Big applause to the receptionist Ms Tamara . She was very helpful , attentive and friendly during our stay at Grand Hotel Bonanno , she guide us to use the train from Pisa to Cinque terre, and lead us the direction to leaning tower of Pisa .The view of cinque terre was magnificent! -Other than that she helps us arrange taxi to airport and to my client office . - she was patient to answer all the request and question given by us . -The buffet breakfast was excellent , many selection of choice . Cons - there is no complimentary for mineral water during the stay . - the hotel was near to the railway station , hence you will easily hear the noise from outside however for me is fine with it . -the water heater can be improve . conclusion : If I ever come back again to Pisa, Italy , I will definitely choose this hotel again .

Breakfast and location are good. Amenities and cleanliness could be better.

Had wonderful stay at this hotel, the room is clean, and also breakfast is included, which is a plus, as well as the selection is quite ok.

Breakfast is good, sufficient choices and amount But the bed use a blanket cover but not a decent quilt This is a connected room type so there is 2 bathroom which is good Walkable to pisa tower If you take train please get off at Pisa S Rossore, much closer

This is an excellent property during my trip to europe. Very friendly staff . Few minutes walk from leaning tower of pisa , the breakfast was also very good withbl, good room.

The service is excellent and the staff are super friendly and patient. They help us to print boarding pass and call taxi to the airport. However, the room is small, which doesn’t fit the standard of a 4-star hotel. It takes a 20mins walk to pisa tower which is okay.

I booked one day to just sleep over at this place, but really loved its service and the facilities. Breakfast was tasty and had multiple options. The only minus is the location, which is around 25 minutes' walk to the city center and 40 minutes to the railway station.
