For my trip this location was suitable but the service quality was in average level.

Basic rooms, but convenient as it’s very close to LCY. Easy access to Prince Regent DLR station.

Not as noisy as people say in the review. Typical travelodge.

The price is not expensive, good location. However, it is quite noisy cuz the airport is nearby.

Spacious, clean, and close to the airport, convenient location for early morning flights ✈️ The surrounding area is very quiet and calm ♪ Above all, the clean and spacious rooms are the best.

I stayed at the hotel to use London City Airport, so it was close and nice. However, you had to pay a separate fee of £3 to use the internet. That didn't make me feel very good.

It was our first stay in London and we loved this hotel. It was cheap for London. Custom House station was a little walk and trains from there took us straight into central London. Hotel offers breakfast which we enjoyed and set up up for the day. AJ on check in was a friendly chap with equally friendly service. Clean hotel with spacious clean rooms.

Short stay with a trip to excel centre. Breakfast was part of my package, great starlet to my day. Hot and tasty with great service. Eggs were only one type but everything else made up for it. My experience with the hotel was a great one with a clean room and hotel was clean. Service by all was fantastic.

The room and hotel was clean and tidy. I stayed for 4 nights and and good night sleep each time. The breakfast was great value. And all the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with great view of airplanes. Children loved it. Reception staff gave us a room so children can see the planes. Food was good we had breakfast and drinks. Staff were really lovely and helped us with local sights. Parking is expensive but in line with London pricing.

Comfortable bed and a clean room. Great view of airplanes. Stayed 3 nights for work and was made to feel at home. Breakfast was filling and fresh. Reception team always helpful. I only had dinner at the hotel one evening which was great. Bar service and food both great. I usually come here at least 4 times a year and this is a great hotel.

Early flight so had dinner at the hotel. For a budget hotel the food was splendid. Not too expensive for 2 courses. Service throughout my stay was friendly and helpful. I could leave my luggage and go to work as check in was still a while. Easy commute to city airport. A great stay very welcoming.

This hotel had a very friendly staff - Charlene, Sham and Nay - and better than expected food. Some Travelodges are a bit drab with indifferent service, but this was much better than that. Charlene lent me a phone charger as I had the wrong lead; I’ll have to post it back!
