very nice hotel!!! Quite good environment and location. And the staff is very kind.

The hotel was nice and clean. In summer or hot days, it can be quite challenging there, as the ventilation and cooling system is super bad. If we open the windows, its hard to sleep as the airport is close by, and its quite loud outside in the night. The staff was helpful and everything was okay. The hotel is easily reachable with public transport/tram.

The room was convenient, clean and the personal was friendly and helpful. The way to the hotel was not described properly and not easy to be found. I had to call the hotel to get out of the garage near to the hotel entrance. This could be optimized

3 or 4 minute walk from Nice St Augustin station, easy to find. Check in was a terrible experience. Staff member couldnt find my name on the sheets, I saw my name and pointed it out to him, he barked at me that I shouldnt lean over the desk. Very rude from then onwards speaking only in French and finishing off my slamming my keycard on the desk. Room though was lovely, big double bed, bathroom was very clean as was the kitchen area, though it wasnt used by us.

Stay away from this trash hotel, unless u r confident that u wont get into trouble. There is no way u can reach them in any effective way, call them they will just put u on hold and then hang up abruptly, over and over again.

Value for money, close to nice airport. Easy for check in and check out.

It was an unpleasant surprise that nowhere was it mentioned that a deposit of 250 euros was required. The room was clean, the location was good.
