Located at Westlake a bit distant from the central hub, however it is better that way as the neighborhood is quiet safe and easy to access. Only a short grab ride away from the hustle and also yet a location that allows you to really take a good night rest. The only comment is if you arrive too late back to the property that front gates are locked and it is quite tricky to be able to contact a staff member to open the gate.

Wir hatten leider extrem schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Hotel. 1. Sauberkeit: es gab Haare im Bett von Anderen Gästen. Die Bettwäsche waren teilweise vergilbt und hinterließen keinen sauberen Eindruck (siehe Fotos). Es gab sehr viele Haare vor allem im Badezimmer. Die Gläser waren ebenfalls nicht sauber. 2. Badezimmer: Wasser floss nicht ab und lief über. Anscheinend waren die Röhre verstopft. 3. Ausstattung:Fenster im Wohnzimmer und im Badezimmer konnte man nicht abschließen. Da wir im 2. Stock lebten, konnte eigentlich jeder rein. 4. es war sehr laut, sehr hellhörig im Zimmer. MN konnte die Leute draußen hören. 5. einzig positiv war die Lage des Hotels.

Очень красивый вид, панорамные окна, все супер. Своя кухня, все необходимое есть в номере. Вода, ванные принадлежности. Можно пользоваться стиральной машиной. Все проблемы решаются оперативно. Минусы: в номере выключалось электричество, было холодно. Нет чашек. Общее впечатление: на пятерочку с небольшим минусом.

If you want to be in west lake, this location is not bad. We were visiting Hanoi as tourists and stayed in the Old Quarter for half our trip and west lake for half our trip and preferred the Old Quarter because it’s more lively. We got the Maisonette, which left a little to be desired. The AC in the living room didn’t work and our stay was interrupted twice (for over an hour) with them taking everything apart and trying to fix the AC, with no solution. The cutlery and dishes in the kitchen were also dirty and such poor quality that it makes you question your ability to cook. Overall, it feels like we got a little unlucky. But the receptionist was as helpful as he could be given the circumstances, and the location was pretty good if this is the area you want to be in. Don’t expect room service and clean ups during your stay like in hotels. Really low quality bedding and pillows.

These apartments are self-catering and it is not a hotel as such. The apartment I stayed in was just right for one person. A little but small and fine for one person and it was extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was quite luxurious. It is relatively inexpensive and I paid 1.3 million dong for 2 nights. The location is pretty good and there are a few eateries close by or alternatively you can buy stuff and make something to eat as there is an abundance of kitchen equipment. There is no oven by the way but there is a microwave. If you would like to eat out within the vicinity for breakfast, I would highly recommend the Waffle House which is about 100 meters away and the food is delicious!! Thank you so very much and I will ultimately stay here again!

I couldn't pick a better place to stay. The staff is very professional and friendly, helpful and respectful. I definitely enjoyed stay. The room service is great too. The location and good security. Highly recommended!!!

The best reception service in my life, I would recommend 10/10. We got help with laundry. Recommendations for exchanging money and sightseeing. They organized two amazing, two day long trips for us. The two receptionists that we met talked well in English. They were polite and friendly. They went extra mile and called different locations and services for us, f.e. reserved tickets to the water pupet theater. The room was clean and spacious. AC worked without any problem. There was always some water and tee in the room. There is a rooftop bar on the 9th floor, but the sound insulation is good. The drinks and snacks was really tasty. Could not ask for more. Location is the best. The hotel is located at the heart of the city, but for some reason, the little street it is in is quite quiet and does not have heavy traffic.
