The hotel is a typical three star. A good location. The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern and spacious. Everything you need, including a safe, and everything was in a good state. Checking in took a long time, but that’s because I’m a “foreigner” 😂 and like any hotel, they had to document my passport, visa and entry stamp. Breakfast was better than expected and all staff were cheery. I’d recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just right next the exit of subway station. Got a free upgrade to a room with bigger beds. The receptionists and receptionists are very friendly. Walkable distance to the Xihu Lake which is so convenient. Don’t have to worry about dinner as there is a very happening night market nearby the hotel (operates everyday).

Hidden in the depths of West Lake, Four Seasons Hotel West Lake is more precisely a City Resort. It is a wonderland of classical gardens, winding paths, rippling water, and looming courtyards. You can experience different seasons all year round... Choosing to stay here is a luxurious, peaceful, and pleasant enjoyment. The early communication with the front office manager, ********* girl Zixuan, was pleasant and warm. From the first day when we drove to the hotel gate, every staff member remembered my name. Entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by our duty manager GarySun, who had prepared a bouquet of white roses and my favorite lotus bouquet and arranged everything. Guest relations Miss Lulu took us to the room. The luggage had been placed on the luggage rack... The room was in the style of the old money, and it was well maintained. The inner and outer terraces were bright and full of green. In the evening, the lotus pond was moonlit. It was quiet and beautiful. The disinfection was in place and there was not a single mosquito. I admire it! Mr. Bob and Miss Penny, the manager of the Black Pearl Sands Hall, wrote handwritten greeting cards, and I liked the small gifts very much. The table layout and hand-painted cartoon patterns are very pleasing. The food at Black Pearl has also been praised by my gourmet husband. Semi-buffet breakfast, like avocado Benedict eggs. Freshly steamed dumplings and osmanthus cakes in the Sands Hall. Freshly fried spring rolls. Pianerchuan, delicious! Caviar snacks are sweet and delicious, and the aftertaste is endless... Room delivery is not only full of ceremony but also first-class taste. Miss Judith's professional delivery service is also perfect. Thank you for giving us such a complete dining experience. Although there are some minor episodes in the few days of stay experience. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. Hangzhou West Lake Four Seasons is worthy of being ranked in the 2024 Global Luxury Hotel 100. It is worth staying and experiencing!!

The location of the hotel is very good. Just across the road is the shuttle bus that goes directly to the Lingyin Temple scenic area. It is relatively quiet at night. Although the room is not big, it has everything and the layout is reasonable. It is very cost-effective.

Originally we was assigned to a room.with manjong table and smoking smell, but the front desk was good accomodate our request to change room, at the same night they are another customwr asking to change room which also due to smoking smell. The cleanliness for this hotel was not up to expectation and it dint seem like a hotel opened in 2019 because can see the aged of buildimg and stain on wall. Overall i will rate a 3/5 for my stay and will not be my choice when im coming back to hangzhou

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they helped us with early check in after long overnight flight. The breakfast with the rotating station and the xihu view was unforgettable, as the breakfast is full of variety for you to enjoy the view if you are not in a rush. The location is 10-15 mins walk to xihu and full of shopping and food choices. Though many drivers told us to eat outside for authentic local food and not so expensive.

The hotel was amazing! Honestly payed such a good price for a really nice stay, the room was perfect and they even had a bathtub which made my night so much better in this cold! It was perfect!

The room is spacious with the upgrade. We enjoyed our stayed here with the limited view of west lake from our room. The breakfast is good with variety of selection. Very near to metro station as well. Thank you for the good service from the counter staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Only suggestion is probably can consider to supply a better choices of breakfast pack other than fruits and 🥯 when we requested for it as our flight is early morning. The same request as rushing for early morning flight, we make for hotel in Beijing yet they able to provide variety of choices including xiao long bao in the breakfast pack.

Facilities: As an old star hotel, the facilities are still very complete. The facilities have also been updated in recent years. Hygiene: The sanitation is still good, the sanitation mode of traditional hotels Environment: Located in the city, but still very quiet, close to the scenic area. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete and the environment is relatively comfortable. Service: The service is still thoughtful, and any problems are quickly solved. We love everything about this hotel.perfect for relaxing and the room is enough big and have balcony.the breakfast also was good enough.the staff is friendly.good area to walk around and easy transportation with didi😍✌️we will back here soon. Once we did check out at reception they gave us gifts😍which never happens before
