Hotel Spa di Hangzhou

The front desk staff are super nice, e.g. Selia. They patiently answer the questions we have and also give some gifts to my kids during checking out. The room is spacious. FOC to providing bottle of water. Very near to the Metro (LRT) station.

We received warm welcome. Overall excellent service from hotel staff to the restaurants. We had a happy and enjoyable stay at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree. Highly recommend this place. After staying at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree for 3 nights, we went on to stay at the Shanghai on the bund Bayan Tree. We experienced a stark contrast in service from the front desk staff from the bund Banyan Tree. We wondered why they kept stopping us from getting into the room that we have booked for. In the end, we went through changing 3 rooms before they finally gave us the correct facing room. So, beware of the Shanghai on the Bund Banyan Tree and do not believe in the free upgrade or upsize room. We rejected the first corner room only to be given another corner room at the other end that were both warm and uncomfortable. The staff kept assuring us that they were bigger rooms and better view than the Panorama Riverside Retreat-King room that we have booked for but we want the room that we have booked. Why can't they give us the right room in the first place and have to made us go through changing from one room to another. A clear dishonest play here. We missed the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree front desk staff.

The location is very convenient for visiting the city. The room we stayed in was large and clean, and the staff was very courteous. Although almost no one spoke English, we managed to communicate using a phone translator. We requested laundry service, and they were very quick to return our clean clothes within a few hours. The breakfast was very varied and good.

Staff at reception desk are very helpful and polite. They helped carry suitcases to the apartment. The apartment is large and clean. The hotel is located in famous West Lake area and surrounded by a variety of vegetation. It is convenient to walk to the Shudi of West Lake. The breakfast is fine but the quality of food could be improved. As the hotel is a bit old (established in 2016), we encountered a sudden broken of power supply to our apartment in the morning, which made us a bit inconvenience. After we checked out and told the staff about the problem, they sincerely said sorry to us. Overall, we like this hotel and the staff very much and will be happy to come back.

The hotel is easy to find. It takes only a few minutes to walk from Line 6. When I arrived at the hotel front desk, Xiao Gao and Xiao Pan were very considerate and gave me a free breakfast. I have to praise this. The breakfast is rich and worth recommending. The breakfast room is also quite large and the dining experience is very good. Our twin beds face inside, and it is still very quiet. The room is very clean. I will come again next time I have a chance

I stayed at Xiangyuan Villa last year and felt the experience was very good. I stayed there again this year, but the difference from last year is quite large. The overall level has declined. I checked in at Xiangyuan's exclusive book bar and got free drinks and fruits. The variety of fruits and drinks there is much less. For example, the golden kiwi and Pentabo last year are gone. They have been replaced by some ordinary bananas, pears and other fruits. The overall reduction is the same. The breakfast is the same. There are quite a lot of things missing, but the fruit is restocked quickly. The variety of breakfast fruits seems to be more than last year, and some other things are less than last year. Then maybe it was because Xiangyuan was fully booked. I waited for more than 10 or 20 minutes for the shuttle bus in the morning and the shuttle bus back to the room at night. This experience was too bad. If there were more guests, relevant measures could be formulated in advance. Although it was understandable that the shuttle was called 15 minutes in advance because there were many people, it was far more than 15 minutes, which affected the experience a little, and it happened more than once. The room hygiene may be that the carpet is closer to the door. It can be clearly felt that the carpet is a bit dirty and stained. However, the cleaning auntie is still worthy of praise. She cleaned the room very cleanly and enthusiastically. This kind of carpet design is placed at the door, which is easy to get dirty and difficult to clean. The auntie can't be blamed. There are also stains on the sofa, but I found it the next day. I don't know if it was done by myself or it was not cleaned at first, so I can't blame others. The overall level feels lower than last year. The butler service is still very good. If you ask for anything, he can meet it quickly and deliver it quickly. Xiao Pan was praised by name. He also sent a cake on the anniversary, but he didn't upgrade the room. However, the room is tight with many people, which is understandable. There are also some small details of the room's hygiene that need attention, and the overall level needs to be improved. We can't reduce costs and make some experiences worse.

For a relaxed Family vacation with a nice outdoor swimming pool this Hotel is perfect. The room was huge, very spacious, made for kids to enjoy. Friendly personal, great service, all in all a very nice Hotel to stay at, if you do not intend to leave the Hotel to discover the City Hangzhou.

I wanted to come here last year, but never had the chance. So I decided to celebrate my birthday here this year. The hotel's exterior environment is nice, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. Fortunately, the service is online, and every staff member is very enthusiastic and polite. This makes all the shortcomings seem insignificant. I would like to give special thanks to the front desk Jojo and the butler Benson. During my stay, they answered all my questions, replied to messages in seconds, and helped solve problems in time. They also decorated the room and gave me cakes and squirrels. Thank you!

Amazing.! I had a great stay here with my friend. Everything is just top notch, the rooms are spacious. They cater for Chinese and Western people.The food, the SPA.. the pool is clean( even though it opens at 16h00 and closes at 20h00) Everything is just breath taking. The service is great, the staff is helpful all the time. They're true representatives. Their website pictures are definitely what you will see or even more. Need I say more?
