Hotel was conveniently located few minutes away from Hangzhou Station (Railway & Metro). Room was clean and nice, enjoyed our stay here. There are one or two sets of washing machine facilities located on our floor. Would be better if there were things like hand soap, better Wi-Fi, floor mats etc. But this seems to be a new hotel, so I assume that they are still improving their processes.

It was 20 minutes from Hangzhou east station by car and a few minutes walk from the nearest subways station. The room was clean and restocked everyday. It good for a solo traveler. Only down side food deliveries only come to your room at night and during the day you'll have to go to the ground floor and pick up directly from the delivery person or the cabinets outside which is fine too

The room was spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail, and there wasn't even a speck of dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The toiletries are also very good, with a pleasant scent, and your skin feels smooth after washing. Moreover, the room has good lighting and ventilation. This hostel is great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, the air con warmed the room quickly and there was plenty of hot water (although the temperature did fluctuate in the mornings). There are lots of shops and restaurants around, some of which are discounted if you show your room card. If you have WeChat the hostel sends you a message with all the information in it when you check in. This hostel is especially well located if you want to see the botanical attractions of Hangzhou: the Botanical Garden, the Hangzhou Plant Nursery, Guo's Villa (all highly recommended) and the various other small gardens and forested areas on the west side of the lake, which is a 15-minute walk away along roads through the Botanical Garden.

The room is on the third floor and has great sunlight. There is a tatami in the south-facing bay window. The kids like to play here and I like to lie here. 😄 Surrounding it are Lingfeng Plum Blossom Exploration and Botanical Garden. There are not many people, which is much more comfortable than the crowded West Lake. The plum blossoms are in bud now, and it is estimated that they will bloom when the temperature rises next week. It is very beautiful. Tips for saving money: Both attractions are free after 4:30, and free before 8:30 in the morning, hahaha

The window next to the bathtub can be opened or closed according to personal preference. The bathroom has a sliding door that can be separated from the guest room. 3. The bedding is very comfortable and sleeping is very relaxing 4. The surroundings are quite quiet, not noisy, and sleeping is no problem 5. The housekeeping lady is nice. She won’t tidy up your things randomly. She will only help you change your supplies, clean up and make your bed. Help you put your messy clothes back in place. shortcoming: 1. The supporting facilities are a bit old, and the TV is not easy to use. It takes a while to turn it on before the box can connect to the signal source. The bathroom cabinet door is broken, the handheld shower has a very low flow, and the sofa cushion is very dirty (this should really be replaced) 2. The windows are loose and not sealed well. The bathroom door had to be closed at night and the sewer smelled a bit. The shower room had a clogged drain and no water was flowing. 3. The air conditioner is occasionally a little noisy, but it is acceptable. Overall it's ok. The evaluation does not represent all the rooms. If you stay for a short period of time and spend most of the time outside, it is still highly recommended.

The location is excellent, close to Qingshan Lake, and you can get close to the beautiful lake and mountains in a few steps.
