The hotel Radisson Platinum is very good overall, the room is clean and comfortable, the location is good, it is convenient to go everywhere, the auntie cleans very carefully, I have stayed here for several days. Especially lobby manager Miss Yang Yujia she service outstanding , I will stay here for her again next time, recommended! 酒店各方面都很优秀，环境整洁，杨佳宇女士非常优秀，效率极高，让我们全家度过了美好的时光！

I had a great weekend here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is beautiful and so very clean and they had actually western breakfast which was great. I would high recommend.

This hotel is great! The service was fantastic and check in was easy - highly recommend as a foreigner. Special shout out to Micky who was very helpful and friendly! We had dinner at the evening buffet and the food and service was awesome. Couldn’t stop eating! The room was clean and spacious and we had a nice high room on the 28th floor with a lovely view. Also a treat to have a bath. The breakfast buffet was great with a load of choice. Overall I couldn’t fault it, every staff member was very friendly and kind, all amenities were great. Would recommend to anyone coming to Hangzhou. You get a lot for the price!

First and foremost, 宫可欣The service is very good. She’s so kind and professional. Helped me decorate the room for my birthday. She Kept in communication with me about details 1 week before my arrival & very trustworthy. Secondly, I’m so in love with this hotel, it’s very modern, very clean, stylish & the rooms are big enough. It’s my second stay & I would stay here all over again & again. I’m treated like a Princess 👑. Whole staff at this hotel is very professional, polite & very helpful, always covered with smiles. For me, honestly I’m very satisfied with everything. I have no complaints at all. The assistant manager too is so kind, I had some personal troubles and she was quick to find a solution which made me so happy & lightened. The valet/ door attendants are also very helpful. Five stars .
