The hotel Radisson Platinum is very good overall, the room is clean and comfortable, the location is good, it is convenient to go everywhere, the auntie cleans very carefully, I have stayed here for several days. Very clean. 5 star hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. Location is in the cbd area. Very convenient to take didi anywhere.

I had a great weekend here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is beautiful and so very clean and they had actually western breakfast which was great. I would high recommend.

The hotel was generally great and staff very helpful. The room we choose was very spacious and had a large bathroom and bath. The only downside was the bath had a leak and was soaking the floor each time we used it. They did offer to move rooms but it seemed a lot of hassle with a kid! The facilities were great - the pool was nice and the kids pool was great. The kids play area was also decent and clean for a short playtime. The location was fine for us and very near Hangzhou South Station which was less busy than the main station. Staff were generally very helpful, although communication in English was challenging at times.
