Excellent stay at level 17 of the hotel. Welcoming hotel staff and great service with excellent food and clean facilities. Highly recommended for family travel to Hangzhou

Jiutai Hotel was formerly Diaoyutai Hotel. I often stayed there when it just opened. I like the decoration design and strong Chinese style of the hotel rooms and public areas. After changing its name to Jiutai Hotel, I always feel a sense of inexplicable loss, so I never choose it again every time I go to Qianjiang New City. This time, I stayed in Jiutai with a try-and-see attitude. From the parking lot to the hotel lobby, all the decorations have not changed at all, and the familiar feeling before came back instantly. When checking in, the front desk staff helped me upgrade to a large lotus first-line river view room. Thank you very much for this! During the stay, the air conditioner in the room suddenly broke down. The front office manager arrived at the room in time and adjusted the room in time. Although the rest time was delayed, the manager's responsible attitude made up for the dissatisfaction in his heart. And gave a mini bar and delayed the check-out time. Although we didn't delay the check-out later because we were in a hurry to go back, I am very grateful to the manager. I stayed in a hurry for one night. I am very happy that Jiutai Hotel did not lose the original excellent brand image of Diaoyutai Hotel because of the name change. We can stay here frequently again. I wish Jiutai Hotel will be better and better

The stay was very good. The room was upgraded for free, which was very good. I would like to praise Angel for contacting us in advance. When I checked out, I found the power bank I left behind, and she actively followed up with follow-up services. I will come again if I have the chance.

Very satisfied. The housekeeper contacted me before I checked in. I am very grateful to Angel for her attentive service. She helped me deliver food as soon as possible and helped me delay my check-out when she knew there was a traffic jam on the road.
