Ulasan Hampton Inn by Hilton New York Times Square

Great location, good breakfast spread, even had view to neon lights from Time Square from room. Room is not huge though but that's how Time Sq hotel is.

We stayed around thanksgiving time. Great hotel to be close to the Macy’s parade. We only had to walk 1/2 a block. The hotel has 2 hotels in one. Which can get crowded when getting on the elevators. Room seem smaller than most hotels. With just enough room to move around. Hall way are extremely thin allowing foot traffic to be as single file line. Room service for cleaning is every 2 or 4 days. You have to let front desk if you need anything replenished. They will stock you up and night time, so be prepared to have a visitor at night. Unfortunately we were too tired to get up for breakfast. So we missed out on it and can’t review the breakfast. Hosts were nice and welcoming.

I liked that the Hotel is so close to the Times Square. However, the elevators - we had to wait on average 15-20 minutes to get from our room ( 15th floor) and sometimes we had to take elevators from other hotel ( there was door on the hallway). Going to the room was easier but still several minutes. And many people swear very loudly because of this in several languages. the breakfast area is too small and there was no place to sit. Additionally, room was so small that there was almost no room to walk around bed and wall and no place to keep baggage. In the shower, the shower handle fell off every time we tried to turn water on/off. I been staying in several Hampton inn locations and this was the worst experience to date although its NY so we chose location and sacrificed everything else.

The hotel was clean. The elevators are terrible. You have to wait a long time no matter when you are coming or going. The lobby was very small. It came with breakfast but we were never able to take advantage of it because of the limited space and times. They will store your luggage and those people were very friendly and helpful.

Great central location for Manhattan. Times Square, Central Park, Broadway all at your doorstep. Reasonable price and clean. Beds were hard and felt cheap and the pillows were very flat! Air conditioning is spotty the room was too warm most of the time. Breakfast is over-crowded but food was restocked frequently. Standard hotel free breakfast.

The best part about this hotel is the convenience. The rooms were quiet considering that you're steps away from Times Square. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. However, there were several things that I did not like about the hotel: They only clean the rooms every three days, the elevators are very crowded and slow and there are large tour groups that stay at the hotel and the lobby and the breakfast areas are always packed with people.

Rooms were clean. Pillows not great but acceptable. Elevators were a nightmare. Always full and difficult to use. Really bad at breakfast and check in times. Quiet hitel abd staff friendly. Breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo. Not enough seating, little variety in the food and queues for everything. We gave ip and had breakfast off site instead

Rooms are very small. I had a king size that looked like a queens size. There was no space around the room, you could barely move in the room.

Enjoyed the stay. The only issues were that the breakfast service does not handle the volume well. You should add another waffle machine, for one thing, and more seating is needed. Also, during peak times, the elevator system is highly inefficient.
