Ulasan Ibis Hotel (Hangzhou Future Technology City Haichuangyuan)

Very good and decent hotel for overnight stay or for a couple of days. The location was convenient for me because it was close to my company, but you can find Starbucks, Wagas, KFC, McDonald, some shopping area and etc just within 10 minutes walking, so I’d say it’s a pretty convenient location. I personally was very happy with a room, it’s specious enough, smells good and very very clean and nice. The hotel itself looks very simple, but everything was enough.

I travelled there during the Chinese New Year holiday and some staff were helpful but others struggled to communicate in English. The room was clean and comfortable however and the hotel is near 2 metro stations and many restaurants.

Hotel is quite nice, the front desk staff was great and will make coffee and other beverages if you ask. They also helped me wash clothes when I needed to go to the customs office downtown. And gave me extra water bottles. The breakfast was pretty standard, and there was never anything empty or undercooked. The main downside was that getting into the complex was a little inconvenient with the Covid barricades (take a taxi from the south entrance and then walk left around the barrier).

Small room for the price with basic settings. Better options available nearby. Breakfast was good though.

這家酒店真的不錯，前台小哥哥服務特別熱情，客房也很乾凈，裝修風格我很喜歡，早餐也挺好吃的，真心推薦大家來體驗一下

第一次住宜必思酒店🏨華駐會酒店品質還是有保證的，基礎設施很全面，有洗衣烘乾，有餐廳，就是那種麻雀雖小 五臟俱全的感覺😄大床房空間比較小（我住的這間不大），一個人住剛剛好，兩個人可能比較擠……酒店早餐不太好吃，就是常規的中餐，如果單獨額外➕就不推薦了，不過附近好像也沒啥可以吃早餐的地方😂

對於華住的品牌，我很少差評。 這家店我要對老闆説幾句。 房間小也就算了，第二天沒到退房時間，房卡就提前失效了。好像生怕客人延遲退房佔便宜。 然後我問前台，我想延遲到1點退房可以嗎？ 回答：不行，要30元。 問：我是攜程和華住的高級會員，能否照顧一下？ 回答：不行，30元。 感覺這家店很喜歡這點小便宜，幾十塊錢都很在乎。這種郊區商務型酒店入住率很低，很多房間都空着，你大方點給客人延遲到14：00又能怎麼樣？酒店的温馨服務是一大賣點，這家酒店服務不及格。多學學全季，漢庭的團隊吧。

酒店在園區裏，交通是比較便利的。總體偏遠些，周邊吃的東西不是太多，尤其是晚上到，不是太不方便。設施也比較老舊了，算是簡約型酒店，價格也比較實惠，出差選擇不錯。

服務態度超好，房間很乾凈，也安靜，能免費停車，還有充電樁，店家很熱情，早餐品類多。 酒店的設施十分先進，讓人感到非常舒適。床鋪整潔，枕頭和被子也非常舒適。 有免費Wi-Fi
