Hotel transit yg bagus, dekat airport, kamar nya terang dan bersih, recommended

It was great hotel and most amazing part was location, just 2 minute walk distance from Hangzou international airport, you don't need to catch any transportation, i was arrived at 11pm , then i just checked out all the procedures from airport. After walked out exit gate. Then just walk to Hotel straight away. It gave me great relief and also i had to leave early for transit, breakfast also open from 6am, food was delicious and so many food to choose from. I will visit again next time.

The stay at Hyatt Place was nothing but awesome and amazing. The staff whom we met at the reception, Ms Sara, was simply marvelous. Highly professional, friendly, and she makes guests feel really welcome and comfortable. Sara knows her work well and is able to guide us to move around the airport and provided information to make our stay in Hangzhou a wonderful one. Thank you for going the extra mile. We will return to Hyatt Place again.

The hotel is so close to terminal. You can walk 5 minutes from arrival of Terminal 4 and on the right is the place.

Great hotel! Nice breakfast! Just walk out from arrival hall and you will see the hotel. Very convenient. They allow you to keep airport trolley in the room!

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s extremely convenient for those arriving on late flights. It’s clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of options, and it’s especially family-friendly as kids eat for free. Overall, excellent value for money. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

A short trip while travelling to Hang Zhou, attended by the front desk 小袁 that attentive to details and warm welcome by arranging room that matches my birthdate. Lotso also greets us in the living area which brings joyful moment during this festive season. Room is spacious clean and definitely will return.

perfect choice for an early flight or a late arrival. New, clean, and cozy rooms. Very good breakfast. Perfect value for money.

Good hotel to stay overnight when you need it. Everything is new and clean, design and space of room is fine, shower, toilet, two beds, sofa. Only two things is disturbing- long check in… People on reception don’t speak English language and use translation on smartphone. And two broken coffee machines on breakfast, restaurant service is good and a lots of food variety, but so hard to get one cup of hot cappuccino. By the way if you on transit between flights you spent long time to go out and get back to terminal. Anyway is nearest place on airport where you can rest for sure, after departure exit only by foot 5 - 10 minutes walk.

Hotel connecting to airport. Room is comfortable. Location is excellent, walking distance to T4 International departure hall in just few minutes. House keeping service a bit slow, hair dryer malfunction, taken a while to deliver a replacement. Breakfast limited choice, just OK.

The hotel is very near the exit gate of Terminal 4. The room is very comfortable, my room have the view of airport.

The hotel is right in the Xiaoshan airport. A 5 mins walk to the check in counter. I actually collected my boarding pass and walked back to the hotel for breakfast before going through the customs. Breakfast is served at 6am. Most flights after 8am can make it. Spreads were decent, quality was quite good. The rooms were spacious, clean and neat. Will surely pick it again the next trip to Hangzhou.

Near to the T4 terminal. Perfect to those who have early flight.
