Sangat dekat dengan bandara. Mereka mengizinkan kami untuk check out terlambat saat kami memintanya. Juga tepat di samping pusat perbelanjaan Parqal, Anda hanya perlu menyeberang jalan. Satu-satunya masalah adalah kurangnya tempat penyimpanan barang bawaan

Pros: The location is very good, and the check-in/check-out process is very fast. Cons: I wasn't expecting too much from this budget hotel, but the soundproofing is horrible. I couldn’t sleep because someone kept banging doors, and I woke up early in the morning because housekeeping was chatting loudly while cleaning the other room.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were generally very helpful and accommodating—special thanks to the security guards who were always ready to lend a hand. I arrived around midnight and asked the night front desk staff if I could check out at 1 PM instead of the usual time, and she kindly agreed, which I really appreciated. The room, although small, was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable throughout my stay, which made it convenient for work and streaming. The only downside was my experience during checkout. The staff member assisting me in the morning seemed irritated and unwelcoming, which was disappointing after an otherwise good stay. Overall, it's a great option for a short and comfortable stay, and I would consider coming back.

Location was very good. Security around it and the cleanliness around the area is very appreciated. Hotel cleanliness needs to be improved. There were stains in the curtains and table. I saw a bug in the room of my neice and nephew of where they were staying. But overall value for money is OK..

Compared to hop Inn aseana, I have ermita a bit of a lower score as I was unsatisfied with some stuffs but not too overwhelming negative feedback. Just that bed has quite some small ants, broken remote(not so working, I didn't complain since it wasn't a big of a deal but I listed it so for them to double check)except those 2 things everything is good. Staffs are all nice especially the housekeeping guy. Will definitely book again in the future

The place was great, clean, and very comfortable to stay and staff are very approachable They have free water and there is seven eleven downstairs. Its near Mall of Asia, Shrine of Perpetual help and just near airport. I am very satisfied. Thank you guys Highly recommended

Strategic location to paqal mall but room too small

The hotel was amazing! The rooms are very clean and comfortable.I suggest can you add some amenities.But overall highly recommended hotel. Many thanks to all staff specially in the reception area processing is so easy.No need to wait long to check in.

May nagpupukpok at around 4AM kaya I decided to leave early. Hotel location is really great however I think I am not going to stay here again kasi hindi marunong ng tamang oras ang housekeeping or engineering sa paggawa nila. At 12am may nagoupukpok at 4am may nagpupulpok sana sensitive naman yung empleyado na hotel yon at kung siya naka duty at gising yung mga guest tulog.

The location is excellent.place is clean and neat. Receptionist are all presentable and friendly.But poor amenities that they dont provide slippers, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste which we need during a stay. Towels have stains (blue toothpaste) showing poor laundry. Complimentary water is poor, gave me lbm (please provide good bottled water instead and not the refill ones).they dont allow late check out with extra charge but allow extension of stay in the same room (marketing strategy??)

Over is clean and nice, just wouldn’t be additional shoe for every week it will help a lot..

We stayed here for 1 night for the first time. Staff were courteous. Check-in and check-out procedures were prompt. The room is super clean and spacious (for its rate). The concierge issues 2 key cards which is also commendable. It is situated in PARQAL vicinity, which is a plus. My husband and I love to stroll late nights and early mornings, and we were so glad that there were cafes near the area. Highly recommended!
