The hotel is easy to locate and not far away from the airport. Spacious room, clean and tidy. Range of breakfast is fair and the staff is friendly.

No fitness facilities unfortunately. Breakfast very good, definitely stands out as a highlight of the hotel and good service throughout. Nice, spacious room. Good view of the main road below across other high rise apartments. Close to restaurants and bustling High streets of Hamburg, half an hour away for some iconic places.

Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was quite nice. The room was clean, the lobby really pleasant.

帶小朋友去漢堡辦事，酒店位置很好，前台很友好，還有小熊軟糖吃，附近有地鐵，而且有準備嬰兒床。早飯選擇品種也挺多。還送了小朋友飲料。小朋友也很高興。 唯一不足的地方就是浴室沒有打掃得很乾凈，洗手枱還有毛髮殘留物。

酒店房間很大，但是隔音不太好。大堂有很多小孩的玩具，對孩子很友好。服務也很熱情。

床太硬了，腰疼。衞生做完後，還有長髮在枕頭上。但是交通確實便利。總的來説不好不壞，但是應該不會再住了
