Ulasan Castle Hilo Hawaiian Hotel

Hotel ini memiliki lingkungan yang nyaman dan parkir gratis. Ada taman tepi laut di luar dengan pemandangan yang menyenangkan. Sangat dekat dengan Bandara Hilo, dan terdapat supermarket dan restoran KTA sekitar dua kilometer jauhnya. Bar makan di lobi lantai satu menyediakan snack gratis untuk setiap kamar di pagi hari, yang juga dapat dijadikan sebagai sarapan. Selama saya menginap, lantai empat sedang direnovasi, dan terdengar suara pengeboran di pagi hari. Karena siang hari pada dasarnya di luar, dampaknya tidak terlalu besar.

Even though we only stayed one night at Castle Hilo Hawaiian Hotel before an early flight, the experience was lovely and a clear standout compared to other nearby options. Our room was more affordable than the one we had at SCP, yet it was significantly more spacious, clean, and comfortable. We even had a private balcony, which added a really nice touch. The setting was serene, surrounded by beautiful banyan trees and with easy access to walking paths along the ocean. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming! perfect for a restful night before travel. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what the property had to offer. Highly recommend it if you're staying in Hilo.

Typical american hotels, only black coffee and tea (sorry cows being milked so no creamer provided). no other amenities. Include breakfast but breakfast is banana bread, apple, oatmeal with raisin and juice. No protein. Very unhealthy. Seating is limited so better take it to the room to suck it up. Service? What service? Noted other travellers have souvenir like a water bottle at checkin. But i was not given one. May be i booked through trip.com The only good thing is near to the park and Hilo Bay…. But then there are other hotels near the Hilo Bay.

Delightful hotel in a prime location: surrounded on a peninsula of sorts by lagoons/“ponds” filled with wildlife like herons, turtles, and fish. Each morning there are people fishing and enjoying the park next door and the pool is situated to enjoy all of this beauty. The rooms are basic and dated but you have what you need and if you have a relaxed Hilo mindset you’ll probably enjoy the 60s tropical vibe as much as we did! Very basic continental breakfast (bread and fruit only), but an okay-looking restaurant on site. There is also a small party/liquor store and a gift shop. Advice on how to make your experience feel like a resort: - book room 416 or something around there: one with a balcony in the Oceanside. - grab some meats and cheeses from the supermarket and if you can, hard boiled eggs or the like to supplement your breakfasts (there’s a fridge in your room and you can put your continental breakfast from the hotel in a To Go container that you re use each day). -get up early each day to have breakfast in the balcony and enjoy your view a couple hours before the day’s activities. So special and relaxing!

Grounds are well maintained. Lots of unique plants, banyan trees and parking. Staff very receptive to helping. Great foyer.

The hotel is in a wonderful location and thanks to the architect perfectly fitted into the bay. The rooms have a fantastic view (we had a seaview room) onto coconut island. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything is still functional and clean. Hotel restaurant and bar are both comfortable, food is good. Our room was not made up although the reception promised to for the next day, each day.

The environment is beautiful and clean, but the facilities in the room are a bit old, and the parking lot is a bit narrow.

酒店有些老舊，衞生基本達標，進房間時有很濃的消毒水味道，應該是清掃消殺過，但是床單上有污漬，讓人很不舒服；最煩人的是衞生間有嚴重的異響，隔一會兒就會響一陣，尤其晚上夜深人靜時響聲特別大，會被吵醒，嚴重影響睡眠。酒店周邊環境還不錯，去火山比較方便。

酒店環境不錯，在一條滿是巨大古榕樹的街上，房間有點老舊，加上燈光不足顯得有點壓抑。早餐感覺在領救濟餐：進餐廳每人發一個類似打包盒的簡陋塑料盒，簡單粗暴地解決温飽。但是同一個餐廳我們回酒店完了想着簡單解決一下晚餐，結果卻得到個驚喜：牛排和金槍魚poke 量足美味😋
