Ulasan Hotel Mori No Kaze Hakone Sengokuhara

Beautiful hotel, quiet & tranquil. Loved the onsen and the service is impeccable especially Mr Tam at F&B. Would go back again. Highly recommended

The resort was nestled in a cozy area about 40 mins from Hakone Yumeto station, and it felt like we were transported into a different world once we stepped in the entrance. Service was impeccable, the room was very comfortable, and the private onsen was a nice touch to add to the overall comfort of the living experience. Half board meals were provided at breakfast and dinner, and these were the highlight of our experience! Every dish fit beautifully into the menu, and we were salivating with each different course that the staff served up.

Had a delightful stay at the ryokan. The rooms are quite impeccable with the smell of the hinoki filling the room, it was quite heavenly. We chose the room with the outdoor bath. And given the cool weather, our bathing experience was amazing. The location was also perfect if you are making a trip to the Sengokuhara Susuki Pampas Grass fields, which is such a scenic spot and of which we enjoyed walked to and through in the setting sun. We also opted to have dinner at the ryokan, who specially made it Halal-friendly for us. What's most amazing to us regarding the ryokan was the service. We had a Nepalese staff speaking with us most of the time, as he was the best in English. He personally brought us to our room and even gave an introduction to the room, and what we needed to take note off. After we checked out, he enquired how we were making our way to the train station. There was conveniently located bus stop just outside the ryokan, so we were going to take that. On our way out, he drove out and stopped along the road beside us (good thing there was no traffic) and to our utter surprise offered to drive us to the train station. We found out that he was actually knocking off, but instead of going straight home to rest (before his next shift in the evening), he wanted to drive us to the station. We were exceptionally touched at his extremely kind gesture (as we didn't think it was hotel protocol to do so). Nonetheless, his actions left us a beautiful and lasting impression on the ryokan. Would definitely go again for the luxurious experience!

非常精緻的一家温泉酒店，典型的一泊二食，晚飯是比較簡單緊湊的懷石料理，早飯是定食，都品種多樣，食材新鮮，做工精緻。酒店價位合適，位置在仙石原，離湯本和強羅都有一段距離，所以以服務來取勝。 設施：房間提供完備。尤其是酒店的裝修和分佈於酒店各處的畫作，非常有格調，據説來自一位算是有一定影響的畫家。 環境：酒店離Pola美術館和玻璃之森美術館都很近。但是登山巴士班次不多，走着還挺累的。

箱根聖誕季酒店太難訂了，提前一個月看熱門一點評分高的幾乎都訂滿了而且價格高的離譜動輒5/6k，好不容易查到這家價格在3k左右包兩餐還能接受，雖然位於相對較偏的仙石原但看評論説門口就是巴士站所以就它吧 從東京坐東海道本線到小田原士換乘登山線T桃源台，bus又坐了大概快1小時抵達酒店果然下車過馬路走100米就是酒店，車站後面還有個挺大的便利店想買零食日用品都很方便 酒店房間算是新日式風格吧還比較喜歡，庭院也很雅緻，浴場規模適中但住了三天每次都衹遇到一兩個人，露天風呂非常nice，一邊欣賞庭院美景一邊呼吸山裡新鮮空氣一邊泡湯太神仙了，餐食更是健康美味又創意十足，晚餐有7/8道從前菜一直吃到甜品，每天的早餐也是豐富多樣的定食，住了三天餐食都沒重樣，最後一天服務員推薦的當地出產柚子酒好喝到爆，每天出門遊玩逛吃到夜幕降臨時坐着巴士回到酒店，温暖熟悉的感覺好像回家一樣非常温馨，是非常完美的一次開盲盒體驗！

服務非常好，服務生年紀都偏大，感覺很有經驗，基本能聽懂英語，也會隨身攜帶翻譯器。很多大陸和港台遊客入住。房間設施應有盡有，泡湯的地方人很少，基本可以包場。晚餐中規中矩吧，這個價格很實惠了。

因為是臨時才定的，帶小孩對酒店衞生要求比較高，又想要純日式的泡湯旅店。而這裏的民宿大多數都有些年頭了。剛開始看了地址以為會很偏。沒想到超級方便，門口就是公車站。酒店算是挺大的有兩幢樓。一泊兩餐的早餐晚餐更是體驗感滿滿～相比之前送到房間的用餐更喜歡這種。是一家非常精緻的日式旅館。美中不足是門口的全家關了。

孩子過生日提前郵件訂了蛋糕，溝通順利。酒店還主動給我們照了相，第二天早餐時簡單封裝送給我們，服務體驗很好。酒店裝修精緻，用料好。

酒店環境比較幽靜、可以預訂酒店到強羅站的接車，下午有14:45和15:45兩個時間段可以預約。一泊二食比較方便。

確實不錯酒店，很好，是這次去日本入住的最好的一家酒店，下雪的話就更完美了，可惜沒趕上下雪，門口就是便利店

非常滿意的一家温泉酒店 也沒有住過其他的所以無法比較 但就個人體驗來説 餐食很美味 服務也不錯（雖然語言有一些些障礙 衹有一位小哥哥英語很流暢 但都很熱情負責）最大的缺點可能就是地理位置有點偏 對遊客而言不是那麼方便 不過價格也體現了～不過門口就有公車站 周遊券可乘坐 還是可以克服的啦 強烈推薦大家一定要體驗一泊兩餐 體驗感拉滿 豐盛的兩餐日式餐食 温泉有兩個 早晚交替開放 人也不多 冬天在半户外吹着冷風泡着湯可太愜意了

整體很好,有豐富的早餐和晚餐，庭院很日式，周邊的風景也不錯，位置離富士山比較近，環境非常靜怡，舒適。
