I really enjoyed my stay at JM Marvel Hotel. The hospitality is incredible, staff are so attentive and you feel so welcome. Lyly at reception was amazing. The welcome tea was a lovely touch (and delicious!) and the check in process was so smooth. The free drink voucher for the bar was a pleasant surprise and staff opened breakfast early for me on my last day, so that I could catch breakfast before 6:30am, when it officially opens. My only comment would be for the water bottles in the room to be bigger but everything else was perfect.

Peter is a great front desk executive. Very good in speaking English.Very informative and helpful. We are glad to his sharing of foods and places to get around. I definitely recommend to my family and friends who plan to go Hanoi. Your hotel is so bless to have Peter . Well done Peter 🙏🏻🥰

Service was nothing but impeccable, the staff especially was EXTREMELY help since we are there for one day only, arranged transport and haggled with the Tuk Tuk driver when we suspected overcharge!

We booked and paid the hotel in total for a 3-night stay. The day before we traveled, we had a visa problem and had to cancel the trip. We tried to communicate with the hotel, explained the situation, and asked if they could charge the first night and refund the rest because the refund policy allows cancellation a day before the trip. They refused to. So we paid for 3 hotel nights without even flying to Vietnam — so disappointing! Bad experience!!!! Don't choose this greedy hotel!

Outstanding Experience at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa! I recently stayed at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa in Hanoi, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it convenient for exploring Hanoi's vibrant streets, local markets, and cultural landmarks. The room was beautifully furnished, clean, and offered all the comforts I needed after a long day of sightseeing. The attention to detail in the décor and the overall ambiance of the hotel created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the stunning view from my room and the rooftop. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the staff ensured a calming and soothing experience. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast selection we suggest to put some Vegetarian Meal Options (No Egg). Overall, my experience at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi for both leisure and business. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

All good, can’t say much. I stayed in the hotel for just a night with a very early morning so haven’t enjoyed much. Room was clean, good service, maybe flowers on the bed are a way too cheesy?!?

They upgraded us when we got there. The location was good in the city center. But even we had a small balcony window there were little bugs crowding the glass door so we didn’t open it. Breakfast had options but was just okay. The customer service was excellent.

staff were super friendly and helpful. we were pickpocketed and went to the police station, the cops there don't speak good english so they asked the hotel to send someone over to translate , although we spent 3 hours at the police station but the police officers were still unwilling to help, the staff did his best to help!

Service was really great, counter staff is able to speak English fluently. Hotel is at a good location, near to the Hanoi train street and lots of food. Breakfast buffet was a good spread with choices of western and local cuisine. Points were taken off as the aircon in the room seems to be freezing cold no matter what temperature was set. Temperature of shower keeps alternating between hot and cold. Overall a pleasant stay.

We’ve been travelling since October 2022 and this is truly the best place we’ve stayed. The customer service was fantastic, the breakfast had great variety, the sunset on the sky bar was beautiful, and the location is ideal. Would recommend to anyone as it’s worth every penny!
