Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

The check in was quick with good English speaking front desk. Rooms are stylish with very confortable bed and not smelly at all and the bathroom has all the necessary amenities. The gym is well equipped with multi power station, leg press, Shoulder press machine , pectoral flying machine and rear delt machine, biceps machine and dump bell station up to 20kg. Breakfast has western available options There is a nice shopping mall next to the hotel

訂了套房270度景觀房，一面臨江另一邊是城景，非常棒。 入住時大堂Sunny服務態度非常好，主動幫我們介紹了周邊的美食，還用小紙片詳細為我們寫清楚，還特意送了水果。 第二天的早餐也十分豐盛，特別需要説的是，因為前一天在蕪湖的二姐紅豆吃了紅豆糊今天早上在酒店也看到了，特別興奮，但是就是覺得紅豆有點兒少，就問了服務員Mavis，能不能加點紅豆， 我自己覺得可能性不，結果熱心的Mavis馬上去後廚找了一下， 發現衹有冷的紅豆，就馬上幫我們蒸起來，使我們享用頓十分滿足的早餐。 再次感謝上面二位。

房間40平左右，空間佈局與安排合理有設計巧思，文化氛圍濃厚。躺在沙發上，可以一覽落地窗外的江景，十分愜意。 個人認為唯一需要改進的是衞生間浴缸旁可以放置一個堅固、易搬的小桌几，方便擱手機或水杯。 自助早餐烤山芋是特色吧，黃油布丁鬆軟度可以稍稍改進。服務員小姐姐主動幫忙調製咖啡和茶，服務很有温度，讓人倍感親切。

住過洲際旗下的很多品牌酒店，皇冠假日，世茂洲際，英迪格，雖都在不同城市，但是大體都還是不錯的，第一次住華邑，但是，對華邑的瞭解很久之前就有了，但是第一次體驗，有點小失望。大堂等公共區域很漂亮，很有中國風，但是房間系列就差得了點，不乾淨，洗手池枱麪，洗手液固定架上都有沒弄乾凈的水漬，地毯還沒有大堂的白，都臟的發黑了，床單也是破的，還有早餐廳，麪檔，頂端一直在滴水，等待過程，水容易濺到身上，水果補充也不及時，都是等空了好幾盤，然後慢慢補來一盤。哎～ 有一説一，服務原本也是不滿意的，夜裡入住時，在大堂工作人員也沒那麼熱情，（可能相比前段時間住的英迪格，體驗感是很不錯的，他們從前台到餐廳每個工作人員服務熱卻的恰到好處，他們的服務熱情且恰到好處）但是第二天去🍽️早餐，前台的每一個工作人員，餐廳門口的工作人員都是很熱情的。

滿意的一次出行，交通便利，周邊有商場、輕軌，去哪裡都很便捷，休閑娛樂一站式服務，旁邊就是濱江公園，散散步也不錯， 在房間裏眺望江景，風光無限，服務符合星級酒店標準，Sunny熱情大方，有問題迅速解決。免費停車。後期有機會還會選擇。

個人認為是蕪湖最好的酒店，設施維護的很好，地理位置方便，就在長江邊上，酒店房間都在高層，視野很開闊。入住前一天會有前調電話，溝通到店時間和偏好。特別要誇誇邱經理，有什麼需求都會很快響應並且給出很好的解決辦法，不會用固定的話術敷衍人，還提醒我過年期間人多儘量早點去吃早餐，果然吃完以後門口的隊排到了前台，真的是切身站在客人的角度考慮問題，給她的服務打一百分。酒廊的Gina也很好，熱情親切，對小孩子有耐心，相比起別的酒店酒廊裏年輕服務員，她更像是鄰居家大姐姐。

本來打算去宜興，後來還是就近選擇了蕪湖，以前來就住在華邑，應該是蕪湖最好的酒店了吧，沿江，交通啥的都特方便。小姐姐也很熱心，做了升房。雖然後來下了雨，但是江景還是無敵！下次來還來耍。
