Ulasan Hakodate Hotel Banso

I hv requested a king size bed when I booked 6weeks in advanced my stay but they didnt give me a king size bed. The room is tiny with a corridor and separated shower area and toilet. I feel the room design is not efficient and uses up many space which doesnt allow guests to open the luggage. Onsen was good. Their water makes the skin soft and smooth. Because of its hotel capacity there are many guests and onsen area is quite crowded. Breakfast was excellent but they close shape at 9am. You are requested to hv breakfast at either 7am or 8am. That is too early for me. In general nice stay but could hv been better.

Great hospitality. Dinner and breakfast buffet at the hotel offers great variety. There is also the option to make your own cotton candy during dinner.

Good hotel with many many ships nearby. But the hotel is too dark for family stay.

No English speaking staff available. Younger staffs assistance was better due to easier communication. Food is not as great as expected however the onsen water was great. Stayed for 5 days and my skin was much softer. Only if the buffet was better quality,,, But i would visit Hakodate again for onsen and food with a view. I iked the city muvh better than osaka for sure.

The dinner meals are rich, the breakfast ingredients are even more delicious, and the bathing pool environment is comfortable. It is recommended to add a pick-up service for Hakodate and Yunokawa Onsen to increase the distance marked by the hotel.

The food is truly a work of art. Even though it is a buffet, the standard is quite high. It was a very expensive stay during the East Asian three-country holiday period, but the service, hot springs, and meals were all satisfactory.

The location in Hakodate is very quiet. Parking is convenient. Someone will immediately greet you in the lobby. There is also Chinese service. The room is large and clean. The buffet for dinner is rich and unlimited supply of cantaloupe.

The dinner was extremely rich and tasted delicious! Unfortunately, the outdoor hot spring was under renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cp value is high, the breakfast is very local in Hokkaido, the ingredients are fresh and generous, it is worth staying, one of the good choices for accommodation in Yunokawa, the only disadvantage is that there is no bus directly to the door, dragging luggage from the tram or bus station to check in is very tiring ~

Breakfast and dinner were an absolute surprise. Although the quality & taste are not high-end, the styles are enough to compensate... & all day free coffee....

The hotel facilities are OK. The lobby lounge has wide beds and free drinks. The room was clean and well equipped. The restaurant provides Japanese and Western cuisine for guests to choose from. First, the location is far away from the city tram station, which is a little inconvenient.

There is a wide variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. I felt that the crab and Tokachi cheese were unique to Hokkaido. After bathing, they served complimentary drinks and ice cream.

Used on the first day of a three-night stay in Hakodate. The guest room was simple and clean, but the large communal bath felt a bit old. I booked with the dinner buffet because I heard that Gotoken curry and other dishes were all-you-can-eat, but it was a disappointment. The Gotoken curry was overcooked (overheated), the beef steak was oil-infused formed meat, and the tempura had a thick, heavy batter. Only the raclette at Hanabatake Farm was tasty. Breakfast was all-you-can-eat, but to be honest there are many other hotels in Hakodate like that, so I don't think it's anything to write home about. At 20,000 yen a night with two meals, I think it was neither good nor bad for the price, so I've given it an average rating.

The hotel is very good, clean and hygienic, about 10 minutes walk from the bus station, the Japanese-style room has a balcony and feels very comfortable
