Absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend. There is almost nothing I can fault. The front desk and all of the staff are courteous and helpful. The room is clean and very well presented. I would stay here again, no problem ❤️

Good hotel. Cleanliness is of the highest rank. Excellent breakfast with a huge choice of the dishes. Good sound proof. Self service laundry free of charge. Located far from any place of interest (beach, sights, cafe and reastaurants), but you may get all it using a cheap didi taxi.

The first hotel I stayed in when I came to Sanya, it completely exceeded my expectations! Close to the airport, within 10 minutes. Although the room has just been renovated, the smell is not that strong and is completely acceptable. The overall style of the hotel is modern, simple and elegant. The front desk staff was very good and solved any problems promptly. The room is large and spacious, and the stay experience is excellent. The hotel has a large lawn, swimming pool, and various parent-child activities. You can easily take your kids out for a walk without leaving the hotel. The breakfast buffet is very rich. The hotel is very close to the beach, just across the road, very convenient. Next time I come to Sanya, I will choose Novotel!

We upgraded the room upon check-in, and the room was spacious. The breakfast was also delicious, and takeout could be delivered directly. The dream-fulfilling room we booked is full of round things, hahahaha🤣... The two-meter-long round bathtub🛁 is in the middle of the room. I want to sleep in it directly... By the way, the edge of the round bed can easily hit your feet... Overall, it's pretty good. Parking is very convenient at the hotel!
