What a terrible place. Rooms are about a noisy restaurant with very loud singing and folk music. The interior was supposed to be village-like, but instead, it looks happy. The windows look on a busy highway. A portion of the hotel is under some repairs. I left the hotel after the 2nd night as I could not get rest. On my way back, the elevator broke, or it was intentionally switched off, so I could not descend using an elevator with heavy suitcases. I managed to take both suitcases down the staircase anyway. I was checking out before 11 AM. Yet, the reception person was charging me for 9 more nights and 10 more breakfasts. He told me that to avoid those additional charges, I had to write an email to Mr. Klaus Bartl, apparently the owner of the establishment, to free up my credit card if it was charged. It turned out they charged my credit card on the first day instead of the last day. That owner refused to refund the balance and then he did not respond to a follow-up. I am going to enforce a protection as a VISA platinum member to get my money back for the the days I did not stay and breakfasts I did not attend or eat. In short, it is a lousy place, nothing even close to hospitality, where one could get ripped off, as I was. George
