Hotel dengan dengan Fasilitas Fitness & Gym di Niagara Falls

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.

We are happy to stay in doubletree … the room is clean and good fit with family and kids… also our room can see the fireworks…. And I checked with front desk, all the rooms can view the fireworks. I definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Saya sangat menikmati masa inap saya. Heater & MayQueen sangat ramah dan memberikan layanan pelanggan, komunikasi, dan lainnya yang luar biasa. Mereka berdua adalah wanita luar biasa yang membantu saya menikmati masa inap yang telah saya rencanakan untuk merayakan ulang tahun ibu saya. Kami sangat menikmati masa inap kami, pemandangan Air Terjunnya luar biasa indah. Saat check-in, saya mendapatkan diskon untuk meningkatkan pengalaman menginap kami atau memberi kami aktivitas tambahan. Pemandangan dari restoran di lokasi cukup bagus dan akan lebih baik jika ada lebih banyak pilihan, tetapi makanannya enak. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa!

great stay and prime location to stay to venture out for the sights. plenty restaurants and souvenirs shops around. and the fall view were superb! enjoyed my stay. friendly staffs.

The receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us. Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs. You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed. Walls are dated, floors are updated. Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.

Great hotel, location amazing. Was not impressed with the morning wake up of the jack hammer from the renos on the first floor when I'm on the upper level.

Karena saya telah tinggal di hotel ini sebelumnya, saya tahu apa yang diharapkan. Konon, hotel ini menunjukkan umurnya dan harus dikembalikan ke status aslinya. Akan menyarankan bahwa server restoran tidak mencoba mengejar tip mereka berdasarkan tanda terima yang menunjukkan harga asli untuk sarapan ketika tidak termasuk dalam tarif menginap per malam. The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Samantha at the reception who provided clear and helpful information. I appreciated being assigned a room that matched my preference—away from the lift. We had a brief stay at the room for dropping the luggage before heading out to explore around. I noticed some cleanliness issues upon entering the room after the fireworks show, particularly hair on the floor at the entrance and in the washroom, which made me question if it had been properly cleaned beforehand. I informed the front desk about the issue in the next morning. Thankfully, Satveer promptly addressed the issue while I was out, and I returned to a much cleaner room. The bed and pillows were ideally firm—just what we needed for a good night’s rest. One downside was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which affected the overall comfort slightly.

We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
