Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

Proses *check-in* luar biasa lambat.

Location is outstanding and the view from the room priceless. We were lucky to catch the fireworks show from the room. Room is spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here.

The location of Sheraton fallsview hotel is great, we have taken many great pictures from the balcony for both American and Canadian falls! We really enjoyed the fireworks too!

Hotel provided exceptional service and provide guidance on whats around the hotel

Breakfast was okay but need to wait for some time. Room includes only 2 breakfast sets. Need to pay for child.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of Niagara Falls. A special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. We arrived quite late at around 10 PM, and she warmly welcomed us with chocolates upon check-in. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking views made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Such a great stay. Friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous views and spacious room.

We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was so well prepared that we barely needed to leave the hotel. We loved the spa, indoor pool, wine bar, and ice cream bar. The wine bar was excellent and highly recommended. The location is amazing, Clifton Hill is surprisingly close, and the casino and indoor playground are just steps away. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it became a trip we will never forget.

I love this hotel, great location and service for most of the staff, on top of that, the complimentary of free wine tasting and others value added.
