Hotel Golden Palace

Unfortunately i could not even complete the whole complaint on the portal due to word limit. Even after complaining about the dirty linen and waiting for 1. 5 hours sitting in the room with my 70 year old mother till 00:00hrs midnight i didn't get any solution. They showed me 3 rooms with even dirtier bed linen. They (hotel guy)said that they don't have anybody to change the linen and they are doing what they can(giving me another dirty room) and expecting me sleep in dirty linen and putting the blame on me as i'm on fault( that they are doing everything but i'm complaining) finally i have to leave the hotel and find another hotel to stay. This all happened when i was in call with the mm t representative he could listen to them. Please conduct an audit of the hotel and you will come to know the truth. This is very normal for them not to change the linen of rooms. This is bare basic/minimum from any hotel we as a customer can expect. Staff don't know how to deal with the customer, they are directly denying the service saying they can't help and you can cancel your booking from your end even after i complaint to the hotel the moment i entered. I came here to visit gwalior and instead of having a proper sleep i'm typing this mail. Unfortunately mm t also could not help me saying with that and i had to find another hotel and i got it at 1:30 am. But well that is all from my end

Hotel said that we will not give local id room. So my money is waste. How can we do. That

The stay was horrible, washroom gate has no option to lock from inside and the mattress is very dirty

Worst experience, no warm water in washroom, e van you can't lock washroom from inside. Location is good but staff is rude

Property location is close to bus stand and railway station i. E. 2-3 km. Food menu includes veg & non veg both options but prices are on a higher note. Once can easily find good options outside hotel or can swiggy/zomato if required. There is a problem with lift, sometimes it stopped working and you have to carry your luggage by your own. Property also includes banquet which sometimes create loud noise of music that can affect your stay specially in night. But overall it was a good stay in per day. We were also allowed early check-in without any extra cost. It should be asked first clearly before reaching on any agreement. I will love to stay in the same property again if i got a chance to visit gwalior due to its location and room.

Hotel staff was very courteous and polite. Hotel cleanliness was not maintained in restaurant area. Water heater was not working but they provided heating rod.

Clean room and good hotel. Very good experience. Near city center. Visit again.

Room: rooms were not ready as there was smell in the room. Later in room freshner was used. Service: delay in service. Location: near to railway station. Support: will appreciate one thing that we have checked out but our train was after 3 hrs, so they provided lounge room for that time. Food: not tried.

It was a great stay, the room is quiet enough in size and neat and clean washroom and tv, wifi was there, there was aminty as well like water bottle but tea and coffee and cattle was missing.
