"The hotel was quite well kept and clean. The staff was friendly. Room was average, but not maintained. No work table in a deluxe room, with only two charging points. My bathroom’s light was fused, and shower pores were clogged. I requested upon check-in to get them fixed. Stayed for two nights, but no action was taken against the maintenance issue; despite of repetitive reminders. The balcony was kept very dirty with pigeons and droppings. Food was pretty okay. The service was the issue. Beverages were not available as Coke Zero, diet, sparkling water, Red Bull for all three days, kept requesting. Everyday I would comeback from work to find no towels in the bathroom even after cleaning during the day. Would had to request each time. Today wanted to have a quick shower before I had checked out, but yet again there were no towels. Today couldn’t request as had little time to catch my train, hence left without shower. These are basic requirements for a group like Radisson. Wanted to see the Hotel GM, or the Operation’s manager, but was informed each time that he was busy with meetings. What is more important than a customer request to see then in hospitality. What meetings was he busy in that had no time for guests. Aren’t the meetings to run the property well enough? Been a regular with the Radisson properties (mainly Radisson Blu) first time I’m the Park inn by Radisson, but was a very unpleasant experience."

The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Matka Biryani. Served in a traditional clay pot, it had amazing flavor, perfectly cooked rice, and well-balanced spices. The aroma and taste were both spot on—truly satisfying for biryani lovers. Special thanks to Mr. Ashish, the Restaurant Manager, for his excellent hospitality. He personally made sure every guest was looked after and that the service was smooth throughout. If you're in Gwalior, I’d highly recommend giving Eatology a try. Great food, great service—worth every visit!"
