Hotel Akbulut & Spa

Let me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site. The negatives - The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here. - food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy. - entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try. Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.

We ended up in this hotel after the one we booked cancelled on us last minute - and to be honest, we ended up with a better holiday because of it! So many pluses: - Clean and comfortable rooms with good Aircon - Delicious food with a good variety and different options each day - Good selection of drinks included (and generous servings of drinks) - Lovely clean pool, plenty of loungers - Beach 50m away with excellent vibes, you can take drinks from the hotel bar - Disco every night with great tunes with the fabulous Menderes as the DJ (and all round entertainer and nice friendly man) - Beautiful sunsets and surroundings of the national park What made this holiday though was the lovely staff - they were all super friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a really relaxing break.

I had an amazing vacation in Turkey! The hotel was fantastic, with friendly staff, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. The beautiful beaches and vibrant culture made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended! I will back……..

I would like to say some things about this hotel. Rooms were clean. They have been cleaned every day. When we had some questions reception was very kind to help. Crew service was also really nice. Food was also nice. Hotel has an own beach and you can also enjoy your time there. Each evening we could enjoy our time with the music. All the flow, all the atmosphere which is in this hotel in my opinion it’s because of the heart of animation guy - Menderes. Very nice guy with the smile on his face all the time. I can recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to have a rest and feel safe with visiting the close area to Hotel, enjoying the boat trips, food, shops etc. Our time went so good. ;)

Bardzo dobry Hotel, pyszne jedzenie, pokoje czyste sprzątane codziennie. Menderes to najlepszy animator jakiego poznałem. Codziennie wciąga nas w ciekawe gry i zabawy. Plaża czysta, kamienista jednak istnieje możliwość wejścia do wody bezpośrednio z pomostu. Bardzo polecam wypoczynek w tym hotelu.

Hotel Akbulut❤️ is realy good hotel😍. It has nice beach. Food is really delicous. This hotel is next to National park. You can go there. People in Akbulut hotel are realy friendly. Menderes is crazy🙈i can say that everybody can great time there.

2023 Eylül ayında eşim ve çocuklarımla harika bir tatil geçirmemizi sağlayan öncelikle Akbulut otel personeline çok teşekkürler.Yemyeşil ve peyzajına önem verilmiş çok güzel bir bahçesi ve plajı var ,çocuklar rahatlıkla koşup oynayabildiler.Temizlik personellerine ve mutfak kadrosuna hayran kaldık,hijyen süper ve yemekler çok lezzetliydi.Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

The staff in the hotel were excellent with us and our positive review is made on the basis of main hotel facility, rooms and staff. There are some quirks to the hotel that future guests should be aware off..... Hotel cats and dogs are always about the grounds and are often around restaurant at mealtimes. They are friendly, and staff made sure any begging didn't go too far. The beach area and jetty is a great place to spend your daytime, but you have to go to the main hotel pool bar if you wanted all inclusive alcohol. Hotel policy, and one I feel should be changed to enhance guest experience. Food can be a difficult one to comment on when far from home. I always found something to eat, but fussy eaters will struggle. The offering didn't seem to match my expectations of local cuisine, but for less than £20 per person you have a choice to eat out somewhere else nearby and get that experience. Drinks available were Gin, Vodka, Raki, Efes beer, white wine, red wine, Pepsi and substitute versions of sprite and Fanta. I would sum this up as a good place to relax and read a few books. Don't expect to party like an 18-30.
