Faustina Hotel & Spa

A hotel's primary purpose above all else is a comfortable sleeping experience and second is the food.. They failed horribly on both fronts. This hotel like all others have an a/c unit in the room. There is no cross ventilation so the rooms can get very hot. This hotel seems to think it's ok to control when you can have the a/c on. Their schedule is 11am-3pm / 8pm-10pm / 4am-7am, when they turn OFF your a/c automatically. Every morning I was waking up at 5am in a pool of sweat and plain miserable. This is a big NO NO. I tried to explain this to management, but they could care less. Their response is hotel is trying to save money! Really? To make matters worse, 9 of 9 of my family members got food poisoning from something the hotel served. We couldn't figure out what that could be. We only ate from the hotel so it was definitely something we ate here. While we were discussing the sickness at our table, two other families staying at hotel heard us and told us several of their family got food poisoning too. We told the hotel manager and he blew it off trying to tell us that we're just not used to the food around here. Totally arrogant response. We stuck with only fully cooked food after that. No salads or skined fruits or veggies. What we we hoping to achieve was for them to investigate and make a proper attempt to resolve what they were doing wrong with their food preparation and not to dismiss it as our problem. We will be reporting them to the health department. Moving on. No beach towels provided. We had purchased unlimited alcohol wrist bands, but after 10pm dinner ends and you no longer are able to get any drinks soda or alcohol without paying. Also very bad imo. All other hotels don't do this. Overall the hotel looks clean and the view from my sea view room with balcony was quite pretty. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of chairs for relaxing. Beach property size ok for the hotel. It does share beach with another hotel and what seemed to be a public beach area. Mix of sand and rocks in beach area. Only a few sea Urchins to be wary of. It has a very nice boardwalk extending out a small ways into sea. Unfortunately they lock it in the evenings. Wifi didn't work at all for 2 of the 5 days we were there. When working lobby was really only place it would work. The hotel is pretty far from Kuşadası ( 40 mins away) which is where you can find a lot of shopping, restaurants, nightlife. That is area why most people come in the first place. This hotel is in very quiet area. Nothing much around, no night life But there is a nature reserve near by that is very nice.

Dont fall for this scam 1)property is in some village, you need yo travel 40-50min if you are lucky to travel to city 2) hotel staff is too rude, they dont know the hospitality i guess, he was so rude also the waiter was serving was equally rude 3) all the room are quite old, hotel is used for group traveller booking , dont go on pictures, its just an average hotel on beach, the beach again is too small, its better to pay little more and get to better property

This hotel’s location, close to the sea, is great. That’s the most positive thing I can say. As for the rest, read on. I slept in both a regular room and a ‘deluxe room’ during my stay, and both come with their owns problems. The deluxe rooms are quite comfortable, with good beds and good bathroom facilities and the airconditioning works well. On the other hand, probably because they’re at the most southern end of the hotel, the Wi-Fi signal is virtually non-existent on both the ground floor and the first floor. So if you don’t care about having Wi-Fi in your room, this might be for you. On the the other hand if you want/need Wi-Fi, and think “I’ll go for a regular room, then”. You might be dissappointed as well. The ‘regular’ rooms have their own problems with Wi-Fi, and more. The Wi-fi signal in the regular rooms is defintely better then in the deluxe rooms, but still gets progressively worse the further south you go. In the furthest regular room from the reception, even just loading Youtube’s front page will take you half an hour and a lot of frustration. Along with the Wi-Fi issues comes other problems/shortcoming. In the experience of me and my group of friends, fully half the regular rooms have airconditioning that does not work, or works inadequately. So much so that, after a night of sleep, the room itself was actually warmer then it was outside in the morning. And that’s with the airconditioning on, all night. The next problem at Faustina, involves the beds. The beds in the regular room are much, much harder then those in the Deluxe rooms, but to be fair, they are regular rooms so luxury beds should not be expected. What should be expected is that beds are actually long enough for their occupants, which they may not be. If you are 1,75 meters tall (5’9) or taller your feet will be sticking out like sore thumbs. So that’s a problem, as it was for me (I’m 1.80 meters tall). The last thing about the regular rooms is that the shower is ridiculously small. Even for someone with a relatively fit body, just standing in it will prove uncomfortable, let alone people with a larger physique. Claustrophobics be warned! Lastly, the hotel’s personel. While almost everyone working at the hotel was kind and welcoming, there was one constant issue with regard to the reception. The men and women at the reception had the frankly frustrating habit of insisting that the things we complained about weren’t true. When we said the wifi wasn’t working.? They insisted it was working, even though it wasn’t. Same with the airconditioning, we said it wasn’t working (partially, or at all). And they kept saying it was working fine. Lastly, after you’ve gone back and forth with them a half dozen times about this, they switch tactics. Instead of (figuratively) trying to convince you that rain isn’t wet, they claim they can’t fix it, because they necessary technician isn’t there/available. And we heard this excuse from the reception throughtout several points durin

El hotel muy bonito, buena calificación, buen servicio, sin embargo tenía las almohadas sucias, con sangre, pedimos cambio pero se demoraron, así que tuve que bajar a recepción a recordar el cambio de las mismas. Esto deja una sensación desagradable de la estadía en este hotel.

Además de un proceso ágil para el check in de los 37 pasajeros del tour, habitaciones cómodas, buena ducha y restaurant bueno pero algo escaso en la variedad de comidas para la cena, tiene muy buena atención y disposición del personal, ya que luego de cenar hubo show en vivo y permitieron bailar durante una media hora, que a pesar del cansancio, se hizo muy divertida.

Para variar los turcos no hablan una palabra de español. El hotel lindo. No dejan en el baño absolutamente nada. Un frasco de shampoo. Son horas las que uno pasa. El buffet los platos calientes estaban helados. Nosotros partimos antes del desayuno y nos dieron una cajita incomible y un café de muy malas ganas

Pobyt był fantastyczny! Na początku zaistniał mały problem z rezerwacją, zostaliśmy zakwaterowani na jedną noc w sąsiednim hotelu - w zamian jednak dostaliśmy bezpłatnie na resztę pobytu pokój z przepięknym widokiem na morze oraz przedłużenie ostatniej doby hotelowej. Jedzenie wyśmienite, duży wybór dań, codziennie inne dania główne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie - restauracja oferuje opcję bezmięsną. Duży wybór deserów, przy każdym posiłku są dostępne owoce sezonowe. Praktycznie codziennie byliśmy zapraszani na bezpłatną kawę po turecku przy miłej rozmowie z Panem Zenkiem. Bary są dobrze wyposażone, z różnymi napojami w cenie (alkohole: piwo, wódka, rum, tequila, gin, raki, wina; napoje gazowane; kawa; herbata). Plaża żwirowa, mnóstwo zawsze dostępnych leżaków przy basenie i morzu, rozstawionych na trawie, żwirze oraz hotelowym molo. Obsługa na bieżąco zapewnia materace. Cały obiekt jest objęty bezpłatnym WiFi, w cenie są również: tenis stołowy, warcaby, grota solna oraz łaźnia - masaże są płatne osobno. Morze jest na wyciągnięcie ręki - zdjęcia nie oddają tej odległości! Pokoje są dziennie sprzątane, posiadają klimatyzację, telewizor, suszarkę do włosów i telefon do recepcji - minibar i room service są płatne osobno. Obsługa przemiła! Uśmiechnięta, dowcipna, zawsze chętna do pomocy. W pobliżu hotelu jest bardzo dużo restauracji i kawiarni, 10 minut spaceru do pobliskich sklepów, bazaru oraz przystanku autobusowego. W sąsiedztwie znajduje się również przystań, w której można zarezerwować rejs statkiem wycieczkowym, który trwa prawie cały dzień. Hotel jest położony na uboczu i nie oferuje animacji, jest raczej przeznaczony dla osób dorosłych. W niektóre dni kolacji towarzyszy muzyka na żywo. Pobyt wart swojej ceny, godny polecenia - na pewno tam wrócimy!

Siamo stati in questo hotel nel mezzo di un tour organizzato. Abbiamo potuto notare che ha delle ottime prospettive di crescita ma non vengono sfruttate. Camere pulite sommariamente e forse qualche tempo fa. Asciugamani e lenzuola di cui è stata richiesta sostituzione perché non puliti. Wi-Fi inesistente nelle camere periferiche. Ci hanno anche cambiato il copri-water e scrostato mezzo bagno. L’intervento urgente è stato fatto subito mentre il resto il giorno seguente. Il climatizzatore nella nostra camera non funzionava bene ma non è stato sistemato e spesso, anche se le finestre erano chiuse, c’era odore proveniente dai tubi di aspirazione della cucina. Per scusarci ci hanno offerto della frutta. Buffet nella norma. Panorama stupendo e mare meraviglioso.

Spontane olarak gittiğimiz bölgede en iyi otel olarak görünüyordu ve tesadüfen tercih ettik. Konum ve manzara efsane ötesi. Gün batımını denize karşı odamızda seyretmek muazzam bir deneyimdi. Denizi gittiğimiz gün dalgalıydı.Kucukte bir havuzu var.Ama gel gelelim hijyen konusuna. Bizim en çok dikkat ettiğimiz konu hijyen olduğundan dolayı,odaların temizliğinden memnun kalmadık. Yemeklerde soğuk ve pek lezzetli değildi. Aslında puanım 3.5 ama buçuk olmadığı için 3 verdim.
