Bodrum Astrid Hotel

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I REPEAT: DO NOT BOOK YOUR VACATION AT ASTRID HOTEL!! The rooms are extremely small. If you stay in a 2 person room, you have no space to move or put away your suitcases. The shower has a leakage.The smell inside is horrible. Even when we told the receptionist about this, they didn't do anything. When I pointed out the leakage, the receptionist Rabia/Rabiaa was very rude. When I asked to speak to the manager (who was in sitting in the office next to the entrance) she told me that it wasn't possible because the manager doesn't speak to hotel guests. She called the manager in front of me and I could here the managers voice coming from the office next to the entrance. She refused to come over and speak to me. Eventually they offered me another room, but not on the ground floor. We stayed for 11 days, we paid in advance so we couldn't leave and book another hotel. When you push the 'please clean the room' light, you have to ask 2 or 3 times if they can come over and 'clean' the room. They don't clean, they just mop the floor, leave the floor wet and dirty and change the bedsheets. The breakfast is terrible. Very bad food. For example: the scrambled eggs have more oil inside the pan than the middle east. Every day the same food and no variation whatsoever. We just ate there because it came with our booking for free and we didn't want to start the day with an empty stomach. Small water bottles are included but everything else is not. The only positive thing about this hotel is the receptionist called Volkan. He is a very friendly guy who really does his job and tries to make you feel comfortable.

Hidden gem! Absolutely new, very comfortable, perfectly clean and stylish. Rooms are quite small but very well equipped. Bed, pillows and linens deserve 10 stars. Very comfortable pool area where you can spend all the day long in a shadows enjoying refreshing drinks and tasty food. The hotel is located in absolutely quiet area. Only sun, sea and sky. No rush, no crowds, just pure relax. Special thanks to all the personnel, great efforts, thank you! You make every guest feel like the most valuable client!

Stuff, services, food, and animation team who organise parties, events, workshops, activities are realy amazing and create a wonderfull atmosphere.. everythig is realy perfect and 5 stars. I think that I schould come every jear to this amazing place. The only not perfect thing was that the Rooms are so basic (not more than 2 stars hotel). Towels and bed linen are clean but do not smell of cleanliness. Looks like they use a verry cheap detergent. Any way it is not a big problem since one spends most of the time outside.

Me and my best friend stayed at Astrid hotel for 5 nights ! The room was clean and comfortable. The Turkish breakfast was delicious! The staff is amazing, Eyupp, Sarda and Emeirhan treated us so well ! We will definitely go back !

The Astrid hotel in Bodrum was beautiful. All staff couldn’t do enough for you, they was quick at getting you drinks. The food in the restaurant was excellent as they catered for everyone, different food was done every single evening. The rooms where spacious, very clean and plenty of space to put clothes. The rooms where cleaned every day. The entertainment covered all ages around the pool as well as the evening. I will definitely be going back.
