Sunpoint Hotel Bodrum

Great Hotel, very tasty food, fresh vegatables, a lot sweets, and service is best and very helpfull. A lot of sunbets. Great vievs and very close to Bodrum center. Near three shops with good prices. Great animator and DJ. A quiet place nearby center (5-10min) of gumbet. A lot of club in center.

They don’t cater for the English they don’t care if you have a problem, the food is a load of Sh@t some of the staff was great to many stairs when I went to tell them about my finding it hard to get up the stair they didn’t want to no they was Servicing chips at 8 am in the for breakfast the room me and my famliy was in the fridge didn’t work the toilet brush had faeces on it. Came here with my family (husband, 2 adult sons one of my sons girlfriends my adult daughter amd my 2 year old grandson) in June 23. CHECK IN. was no problems checking it, it was about midnight. Was a bit disappointed to find we couldn't even get a bottle.of water or a snack. Anyway we were taken to our rooms (we had 3) and they take us to the very top of the monumental amount of stairs, not fun with a over tired 2 year old. This hotel is not for anyone who has trouble walking, no lifts anywhere just stairs on stairs we counted from Reception to our room 140 stairs!! ROOMS.. The room.didnt look to bad when we first arrived as we were to tired to Inspect it. When we woke we went to the kitchenette to grab some water to find there isn't any water from.the sink (in Amy of the 3 rooms we had) Also we finally found the fridge to discover? Yes that didn't work either again none of them did. Not great when your 2 year old grandson needs he's milk to go sleep. We had together the dustbin from the bathroom and fill with cold water and hope it stayed fresh. The room itself was a good sized studio, with 2 beds in the kitchenette area and a double in the bedroom. The bedroom is the only place with Aircon. That was a problem with 4 people in one room. At night all.the hotels, bars, pubs, and clubs come alive u till about 5am, so if you want to sleep don't stay here. The beds wernt great, the pillow was so hard I woke with a head ache most days. The cleaners didn't change the bedding just put it back tidy on the bed. We did get fresh towels every other day. They have tried to guzzy the place up with a lick of paint, but it still has the same old bits of outdated furniture and a lot of ground in dirt. A.I... so the all inclusive was one of the worst we have had. You can have beer, wine, vodka,rum or gin. And soft drinks. No variety at all. Breakfast. Nope it's tapas no actual breakfast items unless you want chewy cornflakes so we oy had breakfast one day. Lunch is OK but the same every day basically. Dinner again it's the same rubbish every night. Snacks.. snacks?? Lol well every afternoon you would be treated to wedges or dry pasta. And some bread. That's every single snack time nothing was ever different. And now this one is great... they have no I've cream, ice lolly, ice pops or anything for the kids apart from once a day around 5pm you can get in the queue for a ice cream and it's open for around a hour. And thats it once a day. Everything is done round the pool. No safe space for children, the bar, entertainment, amd where you eat is at the pool. They have a little space that's covered but again it's by the pool. Can't take drink or food to your room.. I think this rule only applies to English people. The waiters are annoying as hell, constantly thinking it's ok to grab your children, one of them grabbed my grandson by his arm (playing to him) and really upset him, so I obviously told him.not to touch him. So I stayed at Sunpoint out of season and was the only guest there.i had travelled alone and was so looked after by staffmy room was lovely and clean, 5 min walk to shops and beach, A Turkish breakfast was prepared for me every morning, I would love to book up with my family in season just to see what it’s like during the summer.thankyou Sun point for looking after me

* Good value for money hotel for families/friends. * Food fresh, but not a variety. * Staff is very friendly and helpful ＜3. *Rooms are ok. * WiFi only works at the pool. ideal if you want to take a break from the phone and the internet. It's hard to complain for anything in this budget

Absoloutley lovely hotel and people that work there especially Jordan and the girl behind the bar. All staff pleasant and happy. Nice clean rooms and towels everyday. Me and my daughter had never tried Turkish food and there was plenty of choice which we really enjoyed. We will be back kestrel and tiah 😊

Just got back home after a week here the room was excellent 1 room double bed 3 beds in other room very clean was cold at night asked for a duvet got 1 the next day. the bar staff was great George an Michael as sam some 1 in our group gave them the name for week the animation lady natasha made friends with my son callum also helped with our boarding passes (thank you for that) the food was ok I found somethink to eat each meal only down side was I'm a very light sleeper an the upstairs people had aircon on alnight which made a vibrating noise in my room the steps up from reception to rooms was abit of a struggle with a 4 month old baby / pushchair weather was amazing good restaurants near by could realy do with some more sun beds 😁
