Party of 7 for a week in May from arriving to leaving we had first class treatment rooms cleaned everyday our maid was lovely very helpful dining room on every occasion was clean plenty of choice ( I'm a very fussy eater) Mehmet and his team are outstanding nothings too much trouble Mehmet even took us to a local restaurant Peter,s place which is a must if you visit gumbet amazing food , could do a bit better on entertainment I think turkish bath was one of the best I've had overall had an amazing holiday it was our 2nd visit to Club Shark wont be our last

Me and my mum went on June the 2nd for 10 days. It was the best holiday we had been on yet, there are many reasons as to why. However, the hotel was spotless and the staff were all Amazing. All very lovely and kind people and made the experience the best ever. (emre, devrim, chunky) The rooms were spotless and the all inclusive food was great with many choices of food and drink. Lots of enjoyable entertainment each night and they even take you to the town (2 minute walk down the road) and give you a free drink at a bar which was a plus! Will most definitely be going again and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this hotel and cannot fault it at all. From the day my partner and I arrived to the day we left, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, especially Davrem!!! We really enjoyed our time here and 100% will be coming back!!

Let me start by saying from arriving to departure it was faultless, check in smooth. Plane was 1.5hrs late but to their credit we received something to eat and a hot drink from the coffee machine in reception. Room was large and comfortable. All the staff went beyond my expectations especially the ones who interacted with people. They gave my daughter an 18th birthday celebration. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily. All inclusive alcohol was limited to Beer, Vodka, Gin, Rom, Saki, and wine and juices, Tea, coffee etc, you pay for cocktails and premium alcohol, the food was really nice but limited to a few choices but they do a BBQ of different food along with the dinner time. They also invite you to other night bars/restaurants, also free shuttle to a private beach, Entertainment was different every night, (like marmite) the pool was not all that big and it was 145cm all around no shallow bit. But a jacuzzi in the corner, sun beds are taken quite early so fill up fast so it’s more for adults than families,The hotel is top of a hill so not suitable for people with walking difficulties.Remember this is my opinion only

The whole experience was great. The staff very friendly helpful. Rooms were very nice and shower was amazing. Food was good with quite a choice. The only issue was with the WiFi iphone had to re connected every so often. But android stayed on.

The staff are friendly and amazing, everyone works so hard always smiling Memmett is the restaurant manager and all his staff respect him as they don't need to be told what to do they just do it, my first time in Turkey but going back in September room attendants too very friendly and work hard before I went I read views about food and drinks, the food was enjoyable always something repetitive but be honest we are creatures of habit and quite repetitive at home, free shuttle bus to the beach from the hotel, and mini bus into Bodrum market Tuesday for Clothing never heard a sound from Bar street all in all I had a fantastic time so much so going back in 12 weeks.

Great hotel with fantastic staff who go out of their way to help. Special mention to Devrim, Emre, Nuran, Seyhmus, Mehmet and Arjan who went above and beyond to make our holiday so special. Hotel is on a hill, but staff will organise taxis if any mobility issues. It is close to all the shops, bars and restaurants.

Just back from a good holiday, the hotel is spotless, it's been improved since last year with some changes to the communal space at the bar. Staff are all lovely and respectful and have gone out of their way to help with any issues that we had. Special shout out for Devrim, Nuran, Mustafa, Mehmet, Seyhmus, Emre and Arjan - the staff deserve a 5* rating for their commitment to customer service. Only downside is the behaviour of some guests who spoil it for others - fighting for sun loungers and drinking until they become obnoxious.
