Ulasan Guangzhou Jingge Hotel

Ini kedua kalinya saya memesan hotel ini. penerbangan saya tiba jam 2 pagi. Penjemputan di hotel kali ini sangat tepat waktu (terakhir kali menunggu 40 menit). Kamarnya bersih. Staf meja depan ramah dan membantu.

My 2nd booking with Ginco Hotel at Guangzhou Airport. My scores: living room 9/10, cleaning 9/10, breakfast 10/10, pickup car 10/10. Afternoon tea was a bit disappointing, 7/10. Overall, final score 9/10, almost matching a 4-star hotel level. You can directly contact the sales manager; she can offer a better room and a discount.

The hotel is slightly further than I’ve expected. We took bus 708 from Baiyun Int Airport T1 and alighted right outside the hotel. The airport shuttle bus is definitely convenient and easy to reserve. Just scan the QR code with your wechat app @ the reception counter when you check in, & you’ll be able to let them know as and when you need the shuttle bus. One thing is - i think this hotel is more for young people. We have elderlies in our group — they mentioned the shower room and toilet is too tight & inconvenient for them, rain shower / shower head icons are too small which made them jump at the cold water etc, which i beg to differ 😅 I enjoyed the stay thoroughly!

Near Airport, should have airport shuttle services for pick up and drop off. Now they only provide 1 trip shuttle service. So have to get taxi from the airport... Hotel is very nice and clean with a very good price.

For those wondering how to get to the hotel: - When you get out of arrivals, go up to the 3rd floor (Check in area) and get out of Gate 42. - A shuttle with the hotel's name will come pick you up. It might come every 10 to 15 mins. - I called reception beforehand to let them know that I needed pick up. The receptionist who helped me spoke English fluently. Hotel location is around 12 mins drive away. I didn't think it was that close to T2 but it wasn't too far either. I arrived at around 10.30 pm. Checking in was smooth and easy. Not crowded. The rooms are according to photos. However, I found that the walls were quite thin; I could literally hear and feel every door that closed from outside. I couldn't get to sleep until after 11 when it all settled down. Reception did give me a pair of earplugs so those could've helped. I took their 6 am shuttle bus to the airport the next day. It was too early for breakfast but they provided some packed snacks (a juice box and cakes). Overall, a decent and satisfying airport hotel.

The location is OK but it’s quite confusing. Trying to find your way out of the airport and there wasn’t much people who work there to ask for help from and everything is a long distance from each other so make sure to come on time so that when you need to transfer or get your tickets and go to the terminal, you have enough time without rushing through the airport. Also, there was an a lot of places to sit so in case you waiting for a transport or some thing you’ll find yourself standing a lot and majority of the escalators were off-line. I don’t know why so sometimes to get upstairs to somewhere you had to walk a long distance to find escalators that were online because they weren’t even steps to use to go upstairs

That is amzing holtel.. There is also an open-air cafe in the hotel, which can make me focus on my work. I hope to visit this hotel again.

為了搭上早班機選了這家酒店。很喜歡這裏，房間寬敞，熱水槓槓的，接送的師傅、前台小姐姐和餐廳工作人員都挺好的。雖然錯過了下午茶和早餐，但這價位對應這樣的環境和服務，也已經物超所值了。餐廳可以點菜，晚餐點了份35元的商務套餐，好吃且營養均衡，價格還不貴，不錯不錯。下次還訂這家酒店。

環境：房間很大，浴室配有戴森吹風機，淋浴間也是防滑磚，裝修非常漂亮，也很新。 設施：其他沒什麼問題除了床頭燈的開光爆亮讓人難以入睡，馬桶圈超級燙，不懂馬桶圈温度怎麼調，酒店反正設定得挺燙的，防止客人在廁所刷太長時間的手機吧😂 機場接送服務:很準時，也發方便，小麪包商務車坐着舒服。 雙人自助下午茶:很潦草沒什麼吃的，蛋糕也不精緻，就早餐剩的那點水果沙拉跟小蛋糕，好在有麥片孩子很喜歡。 服務：餐廳員工培訓不夠，第一天服務員亂講話，第二天稍微好了點。洗衣房衣服也幫拿出來放烘乾機。這點很贊。 酒店價格不高，性價比不錯，早餐算豐富，但是質量一般。轉機或者等飛機很適合入住，下次如果走廣州機場應該還會考慮入住。
