Very good staff help full , there is problem only communication but they use translation thanks you so much very good location if you go to canton fair only 1.7km

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during my visit to the Canton Fair. The customer service was amazing —staff went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met and were always available to assist with directions and recommendations. The breakfast offering was outstanding, with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options to suit every taste. The hotel is conveniently located near the Canton Fair, making it very easy to get there within minutes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending the fair or visiting the area.

Very bad stay. Hotel is dirty, they have no laundry services, equipment is old. I don’t recommend.

This was a very Chinese low end hotel. The room was way too small and not so clean. Staff cleaned the rooms in the evenings or sometimes not. The aircon wasn’t working. The location is close to Canton Fair which we were there for so needed a place for two to three weeks.

Definitely disappointing experience but the employees tried their best. The hotel is situated in a back alley. In err we booked a non-windowed room but I’m doubtful that the window would have improved anything. Room was dirty. Bathroom was filthy. Photographed well on website but if my gps had not “insisted” that I “arrived” , I would have never known that I was at the right location.

I rate it as a traveller visiting Canton Fair. It is convenient to walk to Canton Fair as car traffic is bad and metro is squeezy during peak hours. The walking distance is around 10~15mins only along the river. The hotel staff is very nice to provide some breakfast during the Canton Fair period. The hotel is clean, and reception staff is friendly. Not much amenities but worth the price in my opinion.

Not very clean floor. Sticky. Reception lady was very helpful and nice
