Loved our stay at Hampton. Excellent service. The hotel staff went the second mile for us. Especially Ms. Folina who ordered waimai on our behalf and even advanced the payment from her e-wallet. We could not have breakfast at the hotel as we had to check out and rush to the airport before 6.00am. The staff arranged for transfer to the airport and packed food for us to have breakfast on the go. We will surely stay at Hampton if we visit Tianjin again.

The lady at the front table was great when we checked in as she upgraded our room to one with a bigger double bed at no extra charge.Amenities were great.Not near to MRT though had to take Didi to travel for the 3 days we stayed. Ambience in the Hotel was great and relaxing. Breakfast was good as well with good selection. Overall clean .

The hotel is very nice hotel for business travellers or for families. Has an updated modern design throughout. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

和同事一起來天津出差訂了三間，首先位置很便利，去哪裡都非常便捷，樓下也有停車位方便停車。早餐的選擇就這個價位的房間來説，也是很豐富了，煎餅很好吃。前台的服務很好，入住期間有外賣，還有一次需要手提袋，都是很快就讓機器人送了上來，推薦！

房間很舒服，晚上可以看到海河夜景，到地鐵站不算太遠，騎共享自行車也非常方便。在天津上大學的朋友推薦小寶栗子，想不到酒店邊上就有，巨好吃！強烈推薦晚上去體驗海河遊船，天津的傍晚太美了。帶小朋友到天津玩，每天中午回房間午睡，冷氣很足。離店的時候還送了小朋友禮物。大堂有果汁和小餅乾可以吃，早餐有煎餅果子，我們家都很喜歡早餐的手擀麪，豆腐也非常好吃。一開始覺得天津那麼多早餐，酒店的特色早餐不夠豐富，但是真的出去吃了炸糕才感慨酒店沒有是對的hhhh

酒店很陳舊，晚上睡覺孩子看天花板有三個蟲子，兩個是同一個品種另一個是圓殼的，我查了元寶説長條爪子多是蟑螂幼蟲，第一個是什麼蝨不知道是不是真的蟑螂我不敢確定。孩子第二天四點就醒了不敢睡覺第二天也沒玩好。
