Very nice place, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small but was very comfy. Will definitely stay there again.

Very clean and modern. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is okay. Starbucks being right in the lobby is convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay at Hampton. Excellent service. The hotel staff went the second mile for us. Especially Ms. Folina who ordered waimai on our behalf and even advanced the payment from her e-wallet. We could not have breakfast at the hotel as we had to check out and rush to the airport before 6.00am. The staff arranged for transfer to the airport and packed food for us to have breakfast on the go. We will surely stay at Hampton if we visit Tianjin again.

The lady at the front table was great when we checked in as she upgraded our room to one with a bigger double bed at no extra charge.Amenities were great.Not near to MRT though had to take Didi to travel for the 3 days we stayed. Ambience in the Hotel was great and relaxing. Breakfast was good as well with good selection. Overall clean .
