Clean hotel. Located on the road side. They gave us late checkout until 2pm for free. Easy to travel around especially with kids. Foods and malls nearby.

We stayed for two nights at the Lavande hotel with two adults and young teen children. This hotel was very impressive. It was freezing on the day we arrived and having hot towels and tea on arrival was a kind touch. The first rooms we went to had a strong smoking smell but the reception girls were angels. They showed us more rooms and helped find one that was good for us. I also had an issue with the toilet blocking after using it and they cleaned that as well as moving us to another room again. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the hotel and their service was exemplary. I don’t speak much mandarin but they used translation tools to help communicate. The breakfast was very nicely presented too. 10/10. Would definitely stay again. Some rooms are closer to the busy traffic so you might hear a bit of noise at times if you stay in those rooms, but it’s not bad. Also for travelers, there is a spa right around the corner that gave great massages!

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the bus station and a 10-minute taxi ride to Guangzhou Baiyun Station. The service was excellent. When I checked in, I was offered hot tea and a free room upgrade. The room was large, the bedding was comfortable, the snacks were delicious, and background music could be played while I was taking a shower.

What I like most is that Lifeng plays music when taking a shower, hahahaha. I would like to praise the young lady on duty on the evening of April 3. Her service attitude was very good. I must give her a thumbs up. She is enthusiastic, polite, and respectful to customers!

The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type for free and gave a small gift of building blocks. Originally, they only gave one, but when they saw that the partner was struggling to choose between My Melody and Hello Kitty, they gave one more. It was a very special gift. The upgraded room also has good sound insulation. What is particularly attentive is that the air conditioner above the head is hung with a wind shield facing the head of the bed. This is a detail that other hotels have not noticed (I have stayed in other places in the Lavande Hotel). Super plus points! In terms of hygiene, the room is very clean, without odor and dead corners, the bed is also very comfortable, and the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and sincere! I forgot to take pictures of the room... Attached is a picture of eating Fuding meat slices. By the way, there are many delicious foods around.
