The airport transfer service is very reliable and the receptionist is very understanding. The room was cold and she gave me an extra heater. The bedding and towels were super clean.

The photo shown is deceiving . Room not as nice as photo. Strong cigarette smell in the room . However the driver is friendly comes on time to fetch me from airport . The 2 front desk workers there 廖兴林& 张城are very helpful .

There is a Drop off and pickup service If the hotel is slightly cleaner it would be excellent with everything else

Location is great if you want to be close to the airport . The rooms are big enough but noisy during the night since it’s located by the road

The customer service was top notch before I even got to the hotel. On arrival they welcomed me and checked me in also discovered the room was clean and I really loved the bathroom and very comfortable the airport drop was on time and fast … high recommended for anyone is Guangzhou

Location is near the airport. Have a breakfast but food is all Chinese. My room was near road and it was very noisy even with windows down. I recommend don’t choose rooms with windows in this hotel.

Front desk: both had friendly and knowledgeable approach to my inquiry, believe they can speak basic English. Room: well and full facilitated as described in booking terms and conditions, and shown in enclosed photos; clean and very convenient. Airport pickup was excellent coordinated by the front desk staff (please include hotel wechat, may appear after room booking confirmed) Non smoking room: please remove the ashtray.

The room and the building was extremely dirty.. I don’t know why. When I arrived the room was like just after a hurricane, sands on the carpet, the walls and the toilet are so disgusting… and when I got out of the lift, the smell was so bad, I strongly recommend ppl , think twice.. cuz this hotel worth maybe, 10buds max… and even 10bunds you won even want to taste that smell again.lol
