A pleasant stay in a cozy city. Delicious breakfast with various east and west options.

Amazing hotel with great service. Clean rooms. Warm welcome from all staffs. The only kindly suggestion is try to extend the restaurant and give more space. When I enter the reception entrance I can feel how big and gorgeous entrance there is. However the size of the restaurant make me disappointed a lot.

Classic Hilton in the old town, I love 5-star hotels from this era, very classy. Esp loved the garden on the 5th floor. Friendly staff, spacious bathrooms, great eats nearby, I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to Xian.

It's a big city and the Hilton is walking distance to the centre and the wall. Local metro is about 10 mins walk away. A really nice looking, comfortable hotel, breakfast was wide ranging. Would stay here again when in Xi'An

Rooms were of decent size. We couldn’t stop the heating in the rooms and the room was far too hot for me to sleep in. Rooms clean beds were huge overall a good stay

Very good food and nice hotel especially the room. The only negative aspect was the same song played continuously in the common areas and in the restaurant very annoying.

I love this hotel, the staff were super nice they even gave me some souvenirs when I check out, help me load my very heavy luggage to the taxi, the house keeper also super nice I ask for some extra tea once but they gave multiple time and very considerate too, I take a tissue box from the bathroom since I didn't see any tissue on the working table and the next they they put another tissue on the working table for me😆 , the only downside that I feel is that they don't have food delivery robot that can deliver food right to your room, they have the ** food cabinet but unfortunately when I use they they didn't work for me since I don't have local phone number so I'm not able to retrieve my food, the front desk try to help me by calling the customer service but no luck. Other than the robot food thing oh and the metro also a bit far, this Hilton Hotel a pretty good place to stay

The service is excellent. We requested water bottles just few mins already sent to our room. Room is spacious and clean. Location is average. The nearest metro station 700 metre from hotel.

Excellent hotel that is located in the heart of Xi’an. It’s reasonably priced and the amenities are great. If I ever go back to Xi’an, I will probably stay here again.

My recent stay in Hilton Xi’an with my wife and two sons was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. We encountered an issue with an online purchase during our trip, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Kitty was incredibly kind and patient in helping us arrange the return of the goods, and Jones stepped in to help us purchase the item from another platform. Their proactive and thoughtful approach made a potentially stressful situation so much easier to handle. Additionally, the hotel granted us a late check-out, knowing that our flight was scheduled for late in the evening. This thoughtful gesture gave our family the comfort and flexibility to enjoy our final hours in Xi’an without rushing. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely helpful and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Their warmth and professionalism turned our trip into a memorable experience, and we are deeply grateful for their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place where you’ll feel supported and valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special!

Our trip to x’ian was a chance in a lifetime to see the terracotta soldiers. It was especially enjoyable due to our stay at the Xi’an Hilton. An incredible and helpful staff, modern, quite stunning rooms, a huge choice of food and much more. There are , perhaps, many hotels in the city. I doubt any other location has a more kind and professional staff. They were absolutely wonderful.

Nice, clean, classy, friendly, good location. Would definitely come again.
