Ruangan itu luas dan konsisten dengan apa yang kami lihat saat memesan. Lokasinya agak jauh dari kawasan inti, dan ada beberapa restoran di lantai bawah. Banyak serat rambut di kasur (bukan rambut manusia, hanya serat kecil setelah dicuci). Staf layanan semuanya sangat baik dan fasih berbahasa Inggris.

Lokasi sangat nyaman untuk anak-anak yang ingin naik kereta! Bersih dan higienis. Juga memiliki pemanas lantai. Sangat nyaman. Saya merekomendasikan semua orang untuk menginap di sini! Nilai uang yang sangat baik! Wanita di meja depan sangat baik

Good location very near to the zurich HB. Walking distance to almost all the landmark in zurich. Staff are friendly and amenities are all available. Just note that there will not be aircon during november period.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, while others were not as welcoming. The room was small and lacked basic amenities. Breakfast is ok.

The cleaness of the room definitely reached an epic level, by which I was really impressed. The kettle, the tap and the handle, all the stain steel stuff are spotlessly shiny. The location is walking distance to the central station. The staff are so pleasant.

It’s just a 5-minute walk from Zurich’s main train station (Zürich Hauptbahnhof), making it super easy to get around. The Old Town (Altstadt), the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, and the Swiss National Museum are all within walking distance. Despite being so central, the hotel is in a relatively quiet area, which is a bonus. Rooms – 7.5/10 The rooms are clean, functional, and spacious by Zurich standards. While not the most luxurious, they provide everything you need, including comfortable beds, a desk, a TV, and a private bathroom. Some rooms could use a bit of modern updating, but for the price point, they are well-maintained and comfortable. Service – 8.5/10 The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or directions. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the front desk is available 24/7. They also offer luggage storage, which is convenient if you have a late departure. Breakfast – 7.5/10 The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which is a nice touch. The selection includes breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, fruits, and cereals, along with coffee and tea. While not extravagant, it’s a good way to start the day. The breakfast area can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Amenities – 7/10 Since this is a budget-friendly hotel, the amenities are basic. There’s no gym, restaurant, or spa, but there is free WiFi, which works well. The heating and ventilation in the rooms are effective, but there’s no air conditioning, which might be a downside in the summer.

The hotel is very well located. However, the room is not completely clean! There are dirty stuffs on the floor, unfortunately. The price is good considering zurich is an expensive city. Reception people are very helpful. Overview, recommend to check it out when you visit Zurich.

Not wheelchair friendly. Quite a walk from the train station with luggages. No kettle provided to boil hot water.

Convenient location about 7mins walk from train station. Basic amenities given the price, decent stay and helpful front end staff
