Had a good stay except for the person at the desk gave another guest my room key card while I was in the room sleeping but otherwise I had a good stay

Was a good option without being the most pricy. good location, walking distance to the main shopping malls, some bars. Breakfast was good too. Basic hotel but have a bit like a house feeling.

The stay was enjoyable as always

來非洲快一個月了，沒怎麼鍛鍊。今天才發現酒店有個健身房，雖然腰痠背痛地折騰了半個小時。還是覺得有必要告訴一下大家。肯尼亞的氣候真好，不冷不熱的。鍛鍊完坐在院子裏的沙發上喝瓶水，真的是享受。牆上有非洲特色的金屬裝飾也很耐看。對了，總經理David 是個本地人，基本上每天早上都會在早餐時候跟我打招呼，感覺很好。

酒店服務很不錯，一個很老的酒店。有游泳池 健身房 環境很不錯。 酒店裡的設施有點陳舊，衞生間和淋浴一般，晚上還有蚊子 一般住宿好可以。

不好，浴室沒熱水，空調不能調節温度， 早餐沒啥吃的，三四個。太差了

The hotel Zehneria by Sarovar Portico offers very impressive services. The friendliness of the staff makes one feel at home away from home. Right from the entrance gate all the way to reception,you meet friendly staff who welcome you with a smile. The food is yummy served by efficient and smiling waiters especially Shem. The reception employee Maitai is full of energy when serving guests. I like the serenity and it's location. The proximity to shopping malls sarit and Westgate malls is a plus. The GM is fantastic, very welcoming and kind.

I attended a conference at the hotel. The board rooms are ventilated and spacious enough for small groups of people The food is very delicious and with lots of variety especially local cuisine. The staff are very friendly and supportive especially manager David Mwaniki, Peter, chef Douglas and Dennis. I will recommend the hotel to anyone with conference requirements

I visited the hotel for lunch at the pool area. The ambience is very serene and quiet. The food is yummy and thanks to chef Douglas for such wonderful cooking skills. Peter served me with a lot of smile, I really appreciate. The advantage of the hotel is its location, close to sarit centre within a walking distance. Kudos Zehneria management for good work.

The hotel offers very impressive and great service. Check in is fast and professional. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. The pool is great, clean and big. The location is very close to sarit centre and Westgate mall. The staff are very friendly and supportive . Thanks to the manager David for all your support.

I'm staying in this hotel since long time as staffs are very good , services are good. Rooms are good and comfortable. Security also good. Location is just next to Sarit Centre mall n Westgate mall. You get everything nearby. Specially Mr David-GM is very supportive.

The staffs are very good and lively people most so when serving you, their food is so nice, the location is also good with the best views in westlad Nairobi and I will choose them again and again and I will be very happy to refer most of my business friends to the hotel

wow!! Amazing. We loved our stay here, the hospitality was top-notch. The reception is amazing. The variety of fresh sweet foods during breakfasts, lunch and dinner made our stay sweet. We loved the pool and the gym, kept us fit. Quick services from the team and lovely rooms was effective and efficient. Lovely!
