Rosewood Residences Guangzhou

Fasilitas: Tirai jendela kamar rusak.

Tata letak kamar kurang bagus.

It was a top notch stay, pure luxury and would definitely stay here again! Restaurants and bars were exquisite, it's certainly a must to visit!

good back for many times, the 1st time received the chocolate as check out gift ..haha A bit packed in summer, but I like the hot tub and swimming pool

Very nice hotel with everything we needed, close distance to everywhere. We stayed for 5 nights and we loved it. Definitely will come back. Maybe more smiles on the first floor staffs, and if the chairs are not meant to be sitting, should be removed, because it’s very confusing. It’s so closed to the main exit door and when we were waiting taxi we will need a place to sit beside the other sofas (there’s one time the closest sofa was occupied and the other was far) and there’s no waiting area or sitting area outside.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was beautifully designed and immaculately maintained, with stunning views and a real sense of comfort and luxury. Service throughout the hotel was attentive and genuinely warm every member of staff went out of their way to make the stay memorable. The facilities are excellent, and the spa in particular was a highlight relaxing, beautifully appointed, and professionally run. A truly five star property in every sense. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Guangzhou.

Service and location is good. Breakfast is excellent and the city view is the best in GZ.

I am completely in love with this hotel. It perfectly nails that 'quiet luxury' vibe—it feels incredibly elegant and upscale without being flashy or trying too hard. The staff here are genuinely warm and attentive, and I really appreciated seeing security guards on duty at night; it just gives you that extra peace of mind. But the real showstopper? The views. They are absolutely unmatched. You can see the Pearl River and the Canton Tower from so many different spots around the property. It honestly made the whole stay feel so special

Excellent service all around! They hooked us up with a room with a great view and were super helpful, especially with our late check-out. They also took great care of us by arranging reservations at the Rosewood restaurants and bars.
