I highly recommend this say very lovely front desk service and exceptional customer service by Elan 😊👌

The location is very strategic where it is situated near Guangzhou East Railway Station, just across Jinan Laso it offers easy access to anywhere. The service was great, with staffs being able to speak in English and friendly, probably because it was the Canton Fair Week so they put the English-speaking staffs in the counter. One of my favorite perks was the complimentary coffee available in the cafe next to the lobby, they mentioned about complimentary milk for the night as well, but when I asked for it in the reception, they said it is already in the room although it was not the case. Also, I must mention that the room's interior felt a bit dated. While it was clean and comfortable, it could use some modernization to match the overall charm of the hotel. In summary, if you’re looking for a hotel with a great location for its value, then it is a good choice to consider.

夜床布置服务赠晚安饮品:每晚都備了兩瓶養樂多、香蕉跟青瓜，很貼心 早餐很好吃，很多樣的選擇 房間很大，孩子到處跑很開心 有洗衣機及乾衣功能，很適合帶小朋友的旅客

酒店出乎意料的住着舒服，床品很好，酒店得一樓的菜也很好吃。早飯品種豐富，隔音好，服務好，有機會來再入住。

設施：住的公寓房，設施齊備，衹是對旅遊來説用處不大，不會外房間做飯，或許適合更小的孩子出遊。 衞生：不錯，還有智能馬桶蓋 環境：一般，位置在居民區，離中心區域有點遠 服務：不錯，態度很好。

房間比較乾淨 櫃子也多 有冰箱這點很方便 景色也蠻好的 酒店有班車 這邊打的就是蠻貴春季起步價25去動物園70左右 去幾家必吃榜的飯店二三十廣州不好停車 住這裏打的還蠻可以樓下有停車場

還不錯，前台服務很好，有地下停車場可以免費停車，樓下有羅森和奈雪，星巴克馬上也要開了的樣子，比較安靜

早餐很豐富，有日本特色。 體驗感滿分，下次還來。 前台服務很周到，超出預期。 酒店很多日本人。贈送了水果，很棒。
