We loved our two night stay at this hotel. It’s super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and all necessities. Breakfast is amazing with different Bosnian dishes cooked each day and the usual breakfast items. Garage is free and best if you come by car as it’s a steep climb from the main road. Taxis are cheap and hotel does transfers for 30KM each way. Bus stop is about a 15 minute walk from hotel. Highly recommend and thank you for an amazing experience!

Everything was so perfect, especially breakfast was so delicious with so many kinds that you can pick up.

We stayed at the 4 Bedrooms Penthouse Apartment The toilets have a poor partition between wet and dry areas. Due to that, our toilet has water ponding and dries the area. Overall our stay there was good.

The room is clean but for city tax can be paid euro but they not accept coin.

Service amazing. Room was good. Arrived late and stayed until early, so didn’t have much time to explore the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were amazing and went the extra mile to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast exceeded our expectation and the rooms were clean and well equipped. Also having free on-site parking was a great bonus.

The environment is good, the suite is large, the room is big, the bed is big, there is a big terrace, and you can see the city night view of Sarajevo at night. The hotel is not expensive, the price is very high, and it is only 700 meters away from the embassy. The breakfast is very rich and the nutrition is well matched. The background picture of the hotel front desk is a panda on the map of China🐼, which is very warm. The hotel has free parking🅿️

The room is large, the rooftop balcony has a nice view, the hotel facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. The breakfast is quite rich. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, you have to take a taxi to get there, and it is very hard to walk with luggage. There is a large shopping mall nearby, which takes 10 minutes to walk.

Very good hotel, not expensive, but very comfortable, breakfast is sweet.

No toothbrush or toothpaste provided, and more importantly, no free water. Nothing else.

The facilities are average and the breakfast is not very delicious.
